We are sorry for any confusion. It is not our intention to inconvenience you. Not all of our units have the first month's rent free promotion. The promotion is not available on unit sizes for which we have little or no inventory. So we apologize that one of those units may not have been available based on what your unit size needs were when you came in.

Storage area is nice. Miss communication to utilize moving truck so had to move everything with own vehicle.

Naomi is very helpful & sweet
Customer service is great. Facility is clean but the only thing I don’t like is the code box is too close to the gate. I have to park literally up to the gate In order to get to the code box.
