Great service from Primal as usual

Thank you for your review. Your order was placed on 29 September, 2 weeks ago (9 business days) and was sent with Royal Mail International for delivery within approximately 5 to 7 business days. Your parcel was received by German customs on 2 October and was released for delivery on 12 October, unfortunately due to Brexit parcels have been experiencing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. We are working with Royal Mail to ensure you receive your parcel as quickly as possible. Thanks again

First order wasn’t fulfilled due to no…

First order wasn’t fulfilled due to no stock but I didn’t find out til I contacted Primal when I had no delivery correspondence, second order I tried to find out when it might be delivered (having paid £3.99 for Royal Mail 24hour tracked)… and they couldn’t tell me. Needless to say it wasn’t within 24hours and no sign of any refund. I won’t be buying again.

Thank you for your comments and review you left us regards your order from Sunday 12th September, about how disappointed you felt about the service from Primal.

Due to an IT error the XS item you ordered showed as in stock, however due to human error the warehouse did not advise you Monday 13th of the shortfall. On Tuesday 14th the morning after the issue was found a replacement size SM was offered, and a refund was actioned after you declined the offer .

On Wednesday 15th however, you then brought the SM item we offered you the previous day and the warehouse dispatched as per the order details.

The Royal Mail Tracked24 label was actually produced for this order at 09:28 on Wednesday, less than 2 hours after your order was placed and 28 minutes after the office opened for the day. At that point you would have received an email from Royal Mail with all the tracking information for the order, allowing you to check the delivery information you required. At 09:34 the order was updated on the website which would have also notified you via email, that the order was processed and fulfiled.

Your refund for the first order was dealt with on 14th September at 11:52 after you had advised us you did not want an exchange to a different size, and again an automatic email would have been sent from our website to advise you of this.

Primal can understand the frustration you felt, however, I do not think the rating reflects the service Primal actually gave you on the telephone, Chatbot or via emails to do with this order. The staff were able to answer your questions and deal with your issue in a professional and timely manner, offering an alternative on Tuesday which could have been dispatch on that same day which was declined.

We are a small company running in very difficult times due to COVID and the knock-on effect this can have on staffing and isolation and the whole disbrution network. All ordered tricots were delivered…

All ordered tricots were delivered together within a few days. Each tricot was protected in a sealable plastic bag within a plastic bag envelope.

Size is perfect.

The process was good at the start. I had to email to get a tracking number for my kit as one wasn't sent through when it was sent. And if they could find a way around the EU customs it would be nicer as it makes the cycle kit very expensive when it here to Sweden. The kit it self is very nice and looks great. Fabrics feel and look good for the price you are paying. Sizing is very good I'm 174cm and 73kg and the M size is perfect.

All of the information on orders being shipped outside of the UK is available on our website, and on check out we exclude the UK taxes on all orders, which means you only pay the charges required at the time of import if needed. We also offer to refund any of the admin fees associated with import charges in the way of Awards points, as long as proof can be sent to us. Highly Recommended Company

The kit has some excellent designs. The order was quickly dispatched and when I found what I had ordered was to small (or I am too fat!) the return and replacement was also quickly dealt with. The quality of the gear looks excellent (ask me in a years time). A highly recommended company

It's over 2 weeks and haven't reviewed order yet and no reply to my queries. I know Brexit ans Covid have made shipping more difficult but communication would help...
