Fantastic bib shorts!
Primal have been excellent from my first purchase to date. Haven’t missed a beat and the quality and price just work for me. By the way the bib shorts are the best I’ve ever bought. They just work - right length, nice and warm, good pad. Standout item in their range. Love the funky designs too.

Order not received so far
After two weeks still awaiting for my order. Still at customs here in the Netherlands. Please update your website or mention at least that an order for mainland europe take so long. May be start an office in european union in order to avoid this.

Quick shipment and the items are well packaged. It would be great to receive a tracking number. The Swiss Post no longer brings mail to one's door, even if a signature is required.

Wrong items recieved
I received the wrong thing due to the "package" option of shorts and shirt. Further, I had to pay additional shipping upon arrival. Quality is always good but it never seems to be easy to order.
CORRECTION: They immediately got back to me, explained the issues and have corrected it.
