Straight forward service products I bought are great (socks). Could have done with a pick up from the depot option as I live within 2 miles …

As per the description, it is actually a preorder and the delivery dates would have been on the item at the time of placing the order. Well i finally have my order
Well i finally have my order. Took 6 days and not next day delivery, thanks to the Post office workers being on strike.
It was very annoying but not any fault of Primal. I am very pleased with the order, the quality is excellent. Assumung the post is running well my son will be receiving them in a few days time.

The Herd / Special Jersey
I ordered a special jersey of my "Zwift"-Team "The Herd". The ordering process and delivery was easy and straight forward. I haven't worn the jersey though, as the weather around here requires something warmer right now.

Sizing if way off
I bought a 'Club' top. I put it off for a long time as you cannot return the item, which when spending nearly £60 is ridicules. Anyway, I spoke to loads of people re the sizing and nearly everyone said the sizing was way off. So, I measured a top that fits me perfectly and then match those sizes as near as possible, but the top is still tight. My friend also bought as men's XL and although it fitted in the chest is was WAY too short, and he cannot wear it and of course he can't return it either, so he's down £60.
The material is OK but nothing special and I will not be buying the teams holiday kit next year for these reasons.

Thanks for the comments and I have looked into this for you. Your team manager would always have sizing samples available for trying before you buy any custom items, to avoid these sort of issues happening. I also know your team manager can help you with swapping out items from his stock for members who order the incorrect size, or find that they would like to try a different size. We can also be contacted at Primal to help customers with any sizing queries and fitting questions. The item you brought was a race fit, and you may not usually wear that type of product and hence why the fit felt higher on you. Thanks again

Great service, good products.
The products arrived quickly (jackets) and I was able to return those that didn’t fit and get a refund. When I communicated with customer services (Jo) she was quick to reply with good advice. I thoroughly recommend the company.

Excellent service. Very warm and welcoming whenever I visit and the clothing is fantastic. I always enjoy my visits to the ‘shop’ and there is always something there that catches my eye.
