Easy to order, great choice of printers, quick delivery. Very pleased with purchase and a great price.

Very bad customer servise. We bought the Zebra printer for our warehouse, and then we had a lot of problems with printer. We tried to solve problems but we can’t. Then we talked to Printerbase company and they said sent it back. Now they said we can’t refund money please take the printer back. We are disappointed and not refer to anyone.

Our office are avid users of Printerbase, the supplies always come quickly and without any issues, which makes life a lot easier for us! Elaine is fantastic - cheerful, helpful, and goes the extra mile. It's always a pleasure to correspond with her over email and we've never had an issue! :)

We are an office and whilst trying to be paperless, we are far from it! We have had several printers via Printer Base and we find their service to be positive, efficient and friendly. We have had little to no problems with the printers we have purchased from them. If we run out of supplies, they are usually send and received the next day.

A great product at a good price and very fast dispatch and delivery. The only thing I have issue with is, that like many companies nowadays, they don't leave you alone after your purchase.

Their website was easy to navigate and I was quickly able to identify the replacement printer that I wanted to purchase. I had started receiving a warning notification on my existing Canon Pixma, advising that the ink absorber was almost full so I knew I needed to replace the printer before it stopped working completely.

My current printer had direct to printable disc printing capabilities, so I wanted a replacement printer that could do the same. I particularly like the detailed specifications provided on their website for their entire printer range, which enabled me to identify which printer brand and models could print direct to printable discs like my current printer. I found another Canon Pixma that offered all the same functions, and at a competitive price which included a discount during a Canon promotion period. I would highly recommend Printerbase.

Good availability of the printer I wanted - next day. Good follow-up call to make sure I was familiar with its foibles. A reasonable price. A good response to the only problem I had - a paper jam.

Intrusive after sales marketing. I purchased one scanner from these people. Then the follow up "we just want to know a bit about you and your needs" call - barely disguised sales pitch to see if I would buy anything else. I was annoyed as a private buyer I don't expect follow up sales calls from an online seller, I buy the item I want and I don't expect to be telephoned other than for some reason to do with that product like a product recall. I told them on the first call to stop calling me. Today another call, this time I missed it and returned the call only to find it was another sales pitch. Apparently if you buy one item off them they open a customer account and then call you, in my case two unwanted nuisance calls. If everyone I purchased a cheap sub £100 item from phoned me like this I would be plagued by calls. If the customer does not contact you then leave them alone - they will come back if they want something else. A single purchase of a scanner is not a license to hassle someone with calls like this. If you are a private buyer who does not want an account and to be treated like a repeat business customer then my advice is avoid. I am annoyed at them. Especially the long winded way the account manager tried to justify this intrusion by explaining "their system and way of working to me", I am not interested in their world view I simply expect to buy an item and not be hassled by tele-sales calls like this..

Elaine Green made my Brother experience a breeze. Her friendly, knowledgeable and efficient approach got us the service plan we needed. I had a few follow up questions and again she dealt with them with professionalism and was more than helpful. Elaine definitely delivered a fantastic service.

I purchased printer labels and a HP office jet pro so far this year, customer service was absolutely outstanding. I had a phone call from the company on both purchases giving me an update on the delivery status, plus today another call reminding me to register for the cash back and extended warranty offer. Thank you Printerbase, you are rock stars!!

Products, printer and inks, arrived on time and well packed. I had some printing troubles which were soon resolved after advice from contacting the printerbase service department. I would be happy to recommend this company on my experience.

Excellent company to deal with. Bought printer ink, competitively priced, easy to purchase, next day delivery. They even phoned to check I will be in as couriers are self employed and they need a signature. I am very impressed will definitely use them again.
