Printerbase did well thankyou, with delivery quick and on time, but the Canon Printer was only able to be connected to the computer by a tech specialist: an added delay (and expense).

Great service and cost
I ordered an Epson WorkForce ES-50 as my wife has a lot of legal documents she needed to scan. I can't honestly remember much about placing the order or receiving the product and that is because everything just worked so smoothly and effortlessly. The communication was excellent, even receiving a phone call from your team to check I would be in the following day for the delivery. It turned up exactly as expected, was well packaged and the follow up recommendation to complete the guarantee shows you provide a very well thought out and customer first service. Well done.

Scare tactics to sell labels
Scare tactics to sell labels - NOT IMPRESSED WITH THOSE TACTICS.
So I bought a Brother label machine - had 2 calls trying to get me to buy labels from them. First from a helpfull lady who just excepeted I can get them cheaper elsewhere. However just now had another call from an obnoxious man telling me that if non Brother labels are used it invalidates the warranty. Strange when you see that Printerbase sell compatable labels as well!!!! First and last time I will buy anything from them.

Every order means a lot to us regardless of the value, so our calls are to reduce any frustration for our customers, and go above and beyond to ensure our customers are happy with the service we provide, to deliver a good shopping experience
We have looked in this and the team member you spoke to was trying to make you aware of the fact that not all compatible labels on the market come with a warranty and the fact that our own branded labels are 100% tested and come with a 12-month warranty as standard.
We take all reviews seriously and constantly work to rectify any issues and learn from the feedback going forward.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The printer was delivered next day & pricing competetive. There was a small issue but Monica the manager sorted it out quickly for me.

I would strongly advise customers to…
I would strongly advise customers to avoid, they basically con you.
They advise there is a promotion and you must wait 60 days to claim the offer after purchase then when you try to claim it’s in fact in the first 30 days of purchase.
You can purchase at other companies for cheaper cost for the same product however they try and temp you via false sales pitch

We are very sorry to hear you had an issue claiming the Cashback from one of our Partners.
Cashback claims from most partner promotion(s) must be made within 30 days of purchase and we always make sure our customers are aware of this through emails, phone calls and our promotions on the website.
Most of our promotions are managed directly by the partners and on this occasion, it looks like your Cashback claim is outside of the 30 days window and unable to be processed.
We do understand the inconvenience this might be causing you and apologise for this. Please make sure any promotions on your future purchases are claimed within 30 days and I'm sure if requested, our sales team will call to remind you before claim expiry.

Price was the biggest factor
Price was the biggest factor. used/ as new ones were selling for the same price. Just after ordering I received a phone call to confirm the printer was suitable for my needs. The printer arrived the next day, so if you need one in a rush, order from these people. Printer is running great with no issues. With the amount of printing I do, the ink supplied will probably last me a couple of years.
