Good customer service
I wanted to buy the knives set the shop assistant was very helpful he asked which one I wanted and he bought out the sample knives so that I can test them. I tested the two that I wanted to try out. He was very patient while I tried to make up my mind which one I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed to purchase my goods.

Friendly staff. Happy to help out as I picked up the wrong pan so did a stress free exchange. I brought the stainless steel frying pan and honestly wouldn't buy any other frying pan. No need to keep changing it as the non stick isn't non stick anymore. Highly recommended
