Staff extremely helpful.
Blue lift card accepted! We’ll done !!

Lots of good quality items to choose from. Not much on peeling knives to choose.

Store is very clean and tidy. Everything accesible. Greeted on entry and staff were very helpful and knew their products.
Only slight downside for me was they allow dogs in. Obviously ok for assistance dogs but sausage dogs and mutts i dont think its good at all.

Very helpful staff bought exactly what we were looking for

Kind courteous and knowledgeable

I was served by two very kind and helpful ladies in the Tewkesbury Store. The quality of the products is, as ever, excellent and reasonably priced given that the quality is so good. I am an enthusiastic home cook and this store is my go-to place for the equipment I need in future. Thanks for being so helpful and for caring about your customers' experience.

Lovely stores and got exactly what I needed. Staff very friendly.

Beautiful shop. Wide range of Products.. pleasant staff.

Really weird interaction with member of staff. Seemed almost annoyed I'd asked for bluelight discount.

I love the shop, really well laid out. I had gathered several items while browsing and the MOST helpful and lovely assistant came and insisted she take the items from me while I continued to shop, individually wrapped the items and bagged them ready for me to pay for them at the till.

Nice and quiet when I arrived so could have a good look round and full attention of Staff if required.Lovely shop and displays, plenty of items at good quality and prices.

Pleasant helpful staff
Good value product

Very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Plus great products.

Shop was well displayed and staff were friendly

Lewis, the customer assistant, was very helpful, and explained the granite frying pan very well.

They had the item we were looking for plus the staff were very helpful & polite.

Great shop selling good quality items at a very good price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good products and lovely helpful staff. Thank you.

We went to the cotswold designer outlet after seeing a dinner set previously when we went to buy a new knife block.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and took their time with us.
We got the dinner set we were after and we're really pleased, will definitely be shopping here again.

We couldn’t find what we were looking for in the shop and had to ask a shop assistant. She searched the shop, went to the storeroom and found what we were looking for. The last two! Great customer service and nothing was too much trouble.
