As usual the staff at Procook were helpful and friendly. The item was in perfect conditin and suitable for the job.

Dude at the till was very helpful and helped me find what I was looking for.

Knowledgeable staff member, was very friendly and explained differences in the knife sets, we were also allowed to try the knife. Very pleasant experience altogether.

The member of staff was very knowledgeable an helpful. She was a real pleasure to be served by an made the whole experience very easy.

We bought our plates, bows and cutlery from pro cook around a year ago and are very impressed and surprised by the quality of the products. So when we needed a new set of pans, we had no second thought but to head to pro cook again.

Great timer. Given instructions how to work and easy to use. Quirky design, as a pot. Husband pleased with both.

Lovely Store in Lakeside! Very well stocked, Excellent Quality cookware and all sorts of kitchen accessories. Very helpful and super polite member of staff too!

I love all products from procook. They are great in quality but they are expensive for me

The Lady that served me was very helpful and very pleasant to talk too made my time there very happy so nice to have a lovely person at the till.

Great range of products. Helpful and friendly staff. Seem to be eco-friendly (reduced plastic use). They had exactly what I was looking for.

The only thing I didn't like was that I was told to enter my email address onto their system 'to get my receipt', but then I was given a paper receipt afterwards anyway. I could be wrong, but I felt like that was a sneaky way to get my data on their system for marketing purposes.

Thanks very much for the new blender. Absolutely brilliant thanks very much.

Lovely staff and amazing products as usual!! ❤️

The staff were very pleasant and helpful

Got more than you think

Knowledgeable staff, quality products, and good offers. Guarantees offered too (for free) so it’s likely our pans will outlive us 😊
