Fees are too high and its a constant…
Fees are too high and its a constant drain on my pension pot.
Currently trying to transfer to another provider but profile pensions are not responding to messages when i am requesting account info to switch.
The app is ineffective as they ignore messages.
The ‘ask your financial advisor tab’ is not responded to either.
They eventually answered the phone and said i would be contacted with the information but havent.
Avoid.

pension search
used their pension finder tracking down SERPS which they did with conformation email from Gov. site and then proceeded to transfer pension to their services half way through they then state i never opted out of SERPS lies and bull crap they actually sent me conformation of the search stating pension provider etc now they are telling me on my dashboard i never did opt out they are dodgy would not trust as full of crap reporting to trading standards and get a representative to sort this is why they are so cheap as do you actually know how much pension they have found and from where or are they just pocketing it!!

It took a while to transfer my pensions…
It took a while to transfer my pensions into one with profile pensions because my old policy holder took a long time with the transfer, profile pensions carried on with the transfer until it was complete, great service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely terrible communication
I can no longer keep my pension with them because I no longer live in the UK, but they have made getting it out so hard!
They don't reply to messages, which they say they will within 48 hours
They have sent me 2 messages in the last week to say log into your account, we have sent you a new message, which there hasn't been a message, and they ignore me when I ask what it is!
And 6 weeks on, after they said around 2 weeks, I still haven't had any money
