I recently had a very disappointing experience with PROSPECT that I feel compelled to share.
I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM, which I arranged in advance and planned my day around. While I was already on my way—having travelled a considerable distance—I received a call at 3:00 PM informing me that the appointment had been cancelled. This last-minute notice was highly unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time and effort.
Such poor coordination and communication are unacceptable, especially from a property agent where reliability and professionalism are essential. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative agents who demonstrate better organisation and respect for their clients.
Very disappointing service overall.

Nanci is a pro-active property manager looking after our portfolio of properties. The change between tenancies are well handled and appropriate utilities and council are informed, taking the stress away from the landlords.
Issues with the tenants are dealt with promptly.

I have used Prospect a few times for house sales. For the most recent one the process was straightforward, and they supported well, finding a new buyer very quickly after one pulled out. However I think the most credit goes to the agency they use for sales progression, as my contact at Complete ASAP was fantastic. The only downside I found of using Prospect this time was that I dealt with 3 different people during 4 months of the sale, whereas previously I have had one continuous point of contact. I also found some frustration with lack of communication between office and viewings staff so information wasn't shared as smoothly as it could have been. Overall however I would likely use Prospect again as the experience was largely positive.

Nancy Suri is excellent as a property manager and the experience on the whole has been really good with Prospect. There have been times throughout our tenancy where prospect have not communicated properly such as booking viewings without informing us or booking maintenance on our behalf without telling us. I think this could be improved quite easily

Credit where it is due, Prospect Winnersh did sell our house which took a number of years. It was the after service that was appalling. Very little communication information that was seriously relevant not passed onto us regarding timings and our buyers buyer. Exchanging, the ink hadn't dried before their invoice came through to our solicitors! Completed and heard nothing. The most decent member of staff was Charlotte who moved to Reading Branch so no longer dealt with us.

Prospect have been managing our rental flat for the past 3 years, with Nancy as our main point of contact, and we’ve been very pleased with the service.

Nancy is professional, efficient, and always quick to respond. She’s approachable, easy to deal with, and handles any issues smoothly . It’s reassuring to know our property is in such capable hands.

This property had been managed by Prospects In Reading for letting purposes over more than 10 years. Nancy Suri MARLA, the senior property portfolio partner at Prospects had been and is still the lady who deals with our property. We have had very many telephone conversations relating to any issues arising in relation to the tenancy or even the tenants. Through these conversations and from the experience of her efficient management providing a seamless line of tenants over these years and we have come to trust and depend on her and act upon her counsel relating to any potential issues or any repairs or replacement of electrical items. Nancy plays a major role representing Prospects as well as looking after our interests as landlords and she understands our mindset and viewpoint and she has earned our confidence that we find her guidance just and fair and efficient, and we have no hesitation in accepting her advice.
Her demeanour on the telephone has always been very courteous, respectable, sympathetic to our needs and full of empathy.
Such a person would be an advert to any institution and we attribute all her qualities as that of Prospects agency as well and will not hesitate to recommend the agency to our friends or family For letting management and in particular Nancy Suri as an efficient and caring property manager.
