Toby was very professional and helpful, from welcoming me, to giving a break down, on time which was exact whilst the MOT was carried out. The MOT tested was very polite and very knowledgeable. Definitely a positive experience thank you to you both.

Was charged £150 for changing a tyre and just found out, with the tyre they fitted, it should have cost less than £80
Should add: the date of the experience was 14/06/2024, but I have only just found out about the excessive charge.
I emailed about the incident and got no response.

Submitted a full report as requested and was told several times that someone would get back to me.
They never did.

My car failed the MOT for a number of reasons. They phoned me up, explained what needed repairing to get it through the MOT and repaired it. No pushy sales, just honest conversations and work. Can’t fault them.

Easy to book online with great prices. Fitting appointment was quick and efficient.

They were very busy and had staff issues but still kept smiling and doing their jobs. Great value and work was perfect.

Prompt service with a smile

Exceptionaly long wait after booking time slot. over 2 and a half hours for 2tyres!! Drove car off forecourt only to hear loud banging from under car. They did look but it appears it may have been jacked in wrong place. Will not be going back and have told my friends at golf club.

Waited and waited for a phone call to let me know my car was ready but no call ?

Booked in for 13:00 for 2 tyres but car did not get looked at until 14:00 so not sure why they offer timed appointments when they are unable to meet them..

The original MOT appointment at the Christchurch branch was cancelled on the appointment day -inconveniently - due to the sole MOT specialist being off sick & no back-up being available: however an alternative MOT appointment was booked by an available Christchurch staff member at the Weymouth branch the next day and the process at the Weymouth branch was very efficient & friendly.

Been a customer of Bathwick/Protyre the past 20years. Booked in at the desk after looking at Internet prices of good quality tyres similar to continentals. Offered 2 Falcons by the manager. They were in stock and booked in same day at 3pm. Arrived on time and left approx 4.30pm with a bill of £357.58.? Later queried this bill and had it reduced to £234.38 by the manager. There seemed to be a communication problem with Internet pricing deals etc. A good job done by Max for the fitting and alignment checks on my Focus estate.
