Booked in for an mot
Booked in for an mot and dropped the car off in advance. I had to wait quite a while for someone to come to the desk and take the keys, there is no bell or any way to let staff know a customer is there as far as I could tell.
I asked for a slow puncture to be looked at while they had the car.
I didn't receive any notification that the mot had been completed, but through regular checking on line with the mot check site, I realised it had been done two hours after the mot booking.
When I went to collect the car, I again had to wait at the desk until a member of staff appeared. He seemed flustered and not very organised.
When I reminded him what my car was in for, I was told the mot had been done but they hadn't looked at the tyre and he asked if i could come back tomorrow. He then seemed to not know where he had put the key to the car.
All in all, not a very good service and very disorganised.
They completed the mot which is why I have given two stars.

Mot and service issues
Having had a mot carried out with all items resolved by the garage .I had a service carried out a couple of months later the comments afterwards were that the car needed major work due to corrosion (non of which was mentioned at Mot also other work needed doing (the car had travelled approx 1500 miles) .When I said this to them they said the Guy that MOT ed the car didn’t work for them anymore and to speak to them on the Monday they then said to speak to their area manager to discuss and gave me his email .I sent him a email two weeks ago and haven’t had a reply .

I had a puncture whilst on holiday and protyre was recommended to take my car to. The staff were incredibly friendly and managed to fix the puncture quickly and efficiently. First class service.

Good service and value for money.
Great service had 2 front wheels fitted took 45mins which is good and did't mind waiting. Will go again as got to get the back tyres done.

amazingly helpfull
Considering we have been through a few heatwaves in the last few months I was amazed today when just a couple of hours before closing on a Saturday I popped in and asked if they would be able to do an AC re-gas.
Without hesitation and after checking what refrigerant type my car needed they took my car straight in and refilled the AC system while I waited.
A very quick and courteous service, thank you to all who were working today.

Happy with the work on my car.
The Manager there was lovely, extremely friendly and helpful. The work on my car was done efficiently and not too long to wait above the hour specified.
I think the waiting area could do with a re-vamp. There were lots of people waiting for the work to be completed on their cars so it could be made more comfortable.
