Did not arrive on expected day. Unable to get tracking info. Was delivered as promised 2 days later, direct from manufacturer. Good product, and reasonable price.

The customer service was outstanding. We had a time frame for the radiator to be delivered prior to carpet fitting and were fully advised of the lack of stock and possible transport delay. We were extremely impressed with the very honest help we needed to make an important decision. Though we couldn't go ahead with our purchase the speedy refund was much appreciated. Though it cost QBIC a sale it was a breath of fresh air to receive such honest and supportive service. Many congratulations and much gratitude to Sian for all the outstanding help.

I had to exchange an in-warranty faulty item. Response to e-mail was quick and item was rapidly replaced on return.

The Dimplex Braemar fire we ordered was exactly a described and just what we wanted.
We experienced some 'damaged on arrival issue's' but the staff at QBIC went out of their way to rectify the issues and resolve. Unfortunately couriers these days seem to get sloppier in their process and let down both suppliers and customers. Thanks for putting it right QBIC; shout out to Sian!!

After searching on the internet and reading lot of reviews, I ordered 4 De’Longhi Fivy oil filled radiators from QBIC Heating (CGS Dtores Ltd). The company offered me a very reasonable price comparing to other companies selling this product. My order was taken by Nicola on last Friday morning and the delivery was arranged by Shan. Shan ran me on that Friday afternoon and told me that she has arranged the delivery for the following Monday. On Monday morning I received another call from Shan who told me that my delivery will be with me between 1300 and 1700. However,
I received the delivery On a pallet about midday. I am very about the service and the product that QBIC provided me. I have no hesitation to recommend this company for anyone looking to this companies merchandise. I can’t thank enough for the service the two members of staff provided me.
