Horrific experience.

I was gifted a pair of pearl earrings several years ago. Within a few months they had broken, and to be fair to QP Jewellers they did replace these quite quickly.

The earrings have since broken a further two times. The third time they broke, the replacement was never shipped to me. I have been waiting nearly two years for this replacement, and despite constantly following this up, I am still waiting on a refund that I was told in January of this year would be processed 'as soon as possible'.

A terrible and dishonest company.

I ordered a gold necklace with emerald pendant sept 7th , still no sign of delivery , feel im being fobbed off with excuses !! I have asked for a refund and nothing? So i am contacting my bank to get them to help .. poor customer service .. do not order from this company .. shocking service.
