I bought a citrine necklace and it arrived very quickly. It looks stunning. However, I noticed that the chain was a little short. Qp jewellers swapped the chain for me which was great and they agreed to pay for the return postage. Thank you

I love the necklace that I ordered from QP Jewellers. Perfect size and the delivery was fast. The packaging was great but a little bit over the top as I was just ordering for myself.

Bought a small gemstone pendant as a gift. The stone looked natural under normal light and the setting felt secure when it arrived. Shipping took the full quoted window and the box had a slight crease on one corner yet the piece inside was untouched. Customer email answered my sizing question the next morning. Overall the quality matched the photos closely enough that I would consider another item later.

I returned a broken item under warranty to QP Jewellers in June, and I have the post office tracking number proving they received it. It’s now October, and I still haven’t had any acknowledgment of receipt or my request for a refund or return. No communication at all, this absolutely unacceptable behaviour from the customer service and the company itself.

They’re scum and a sham of a company. Sold me a defected necklace and have never returned my refund.

They only reply after you’ve contacted them dozens of times and the last time I heard from them my refund was processed. It hasn’t been and again they’ve gone missing since. Liars and clearly a fraudulent firm.

Have taken legal proceedings out against them and they’ll be dealt with. Avoid!

I bought a necklace, as a Christmas present, last year. They couldnt ship it in time for Christmas, so i cancelled the order. After Christmas i get an email saying that they are shipping the item. Contact them again but no reply and i receive the necklace. Quality isnt good, but i contact to return, and send back with their returns info. Comms is awful with them all the time. No response or refund after sending back and 4 months in, after lots of emails i had to raise a Section 75 with my credit card company to get my money back. Awful experience and would never use again.

I ordered a ruby ring supposed to be delivered on 17th of September 2026, which is still not delivered, wrote so many emails no response, they have ruined my engagement, I will never recommend qp jewelle to any one, your phone never works

We ordered some earrings in 2024 -- they arrived in December 2025

We ordered some Pendants in January 2026 -- its now September 2026 - and we're still waiting

Their customer service is shocking at best

Their promises are not worth the emails they send

And you can not believe a word they say

When / if you ever get what you ordered its good quality

Getting what you order though is quite another thing all together

Sent an item back to be replaced as it was faulty. Got confirmation they had received it back and would send out the replacement.

Nearly 5 months later the only updates I have had is "we have no update" I have asked several times for someone to contact me with them now not replying.

I ordered a ruby & gold pendant and chain for £647.10 which supposed to be delivered on 17/02/26 which was not delivered. It's now been over 6 months and despite many requests for a refund nothing has happened.

Please do not order anything from these crooks.

I returned my aquamarine necklace to QP Jewellers in October 2025 after they accepted my replacement request.
Over the following months, I contacted them repeatedly by email, but I kept receiving the same vague response: they could not tell me when the replacement would be sent.

As of 28 August 2026, I have received neither the replacement nor my original necklace back.
This is completely unacceptable. The necklace was a birthday gift and has personal value to me. I want either the promised replacement or my original necklace returned.
If this continues without a proper resolution, I will consider taking legal action!!!

Definitely a no star company !!! Just like most of the reviews a Very angry customer ,with no refund for faulty goods ( which have been returned) what do I do ??

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband ordered a pair of citrine earrings for my Christmas present, noting that the delivery date was well in time for Christmas. 8 months later and STILL no earrings!! We then asked for a full refund for the earrings in February/March, and we're still waiting for that, too! We have had no communication from QP Jewellers. To add insult to injury, the earrings are still on the site displaying as available to purchase - it beggars belief!
This company is clearly run by scammers - absolutely diabolical.

I am writing this review as a warning to other consumers regarding Order #189520941. I sent an item back to QP Jewellers under warranty for a repair 5 months ago. I have tracking proof that they received the item, but they have never sent it back or given me an update.Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, repairs must be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Waiting 5 months is a gross breach of this law.One month ago, I sent a formal Letter Before Action to their customer service email demanding either the return of my item, a replacement, or a refund. QP Jewellers has completely ignored this legal communication.They are now holding both my property and my money. Because they refuse to respond to emails or resolve this privately, I am now forced to escalate this and report their conduct to Trading Standards.Avoid this company if you value customer service or your consumer rights.

Horrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs.
White gold and ruby necklace bought for my wife (£500), worn twice and a ruby fell out. Luckily retrieved the ruby and decided to return to the company for repair/replacement. 12 weeks+ passes without updates, continuous chasing amounted to nothing more than "can't refund as outside of period (bought December, failed February)" and "can't give timescale om repair". I genuinely could of took this to a local jewellers and had them repair within an hour , but for such an expensive item I wanted them to handle it.
Only ever resolved by raising a section 75 claim via my credit card.
A genuinely regrettable purchase and a company I will forever warn people from.

I have been waiting for my earings since February but they never arrived.

I was promised a refund in June but again this never arrived

The company is no longer responding to my emails
