Having purchased several electric wall heaters from QVS for our Offices, we have now had THREE malfunction. The first replacement was handled swiftly and courteously, that then failed and we were given a returns number so both Units could be returned, albeit with an unavoidable delivery delay, the unit being out of stock. Today we have another Unit failed.

Good service and price. What more do you want I will use them again and rector mend them

The misleading statement of the bulkhead luminaire that an earth was required caused me some concern as it has others, in say, Australia. Thanks for putting my mind at rest over the phone.
Pity you did not have the 13amp sockets with USB in stock.

First and last time i am using qvs.!!! 1st order didn't turn up 2nd order turned up missing item send them back, phone calls not returned overall poor service.! Fake promises! Wait 3weeks for refund !
