Xenophobic rude liars. After respectfully contacting them because we were interested in a property advertised on rightmove, Oliver replied to us asking for salary references and additional information, we provided all the necessary details and he said that they’re waiting for the tenant’s confirmation to organise a viewing. Few days have passed and we still hadn’t heard anything from them so I decided to call them and ask if there’s any progress - I just said my name and he hung up. I really hope that their white privileged *** go bankrupt.

As a tenant that was living in a house being sold by you, please carry out some staff training:

* DONT forget to actually get keys to access the house you are about to have an Open Day on
* DONT send your staff to hold an open day if they are too poorly to be there. My neighbours witnessed this.
* DO remove your shoes after entering the muddy garden and walking through the house, especially when it’s been requested numerous times.
* DO leave the house as you found it - shut the cupboards and freezer your viewers have looked at so pets don’t stray and food isn’t compromised.
* DONT insult the tenants belongings. Especially when they belong to a father who died only a year prior and their 14 year old daughter hears that comment.
* DONT gas light the tenant by pretending to have “tried to call, tried to email and “tried to leave a voicemail” simply because you forgot to tell them viewings were cancelled
* DO pay attention to detail especially when a mistake is kindly pointed out to you. I never knew in the 17 years I lived there my garage floated in mid air on the first floor.
* DONT push the tenant by telling them you are “being patient” with them, especially when they could have used their tenants rights and refused you entry completely.
* DONT forget when you are dealing with a tenant that’s leaving a property due to a no fault eviction, that they could rent from you.
* DO learn to have some compassion. You do run a business yes, but your clients are people.

Ollie, the agent who showed us around one of their rental properties, has been the most friendly and professional agent we’ve ever seen. He answered all my questions, including some difficult ones, beyond my expectation and helped us understand the property and the area better. He has made the whole viewing experience very enjoyable.

We bought a property through RA Bennett Worcester and can honestly say that Caroline was absolutely amazing. She kept us up to date every step of the way, she was professional, informative, caring and so supportive in those troublesome tense moments of house buying. I would thoroughly recommend RA Bennet and their staff for buying a flat and the tricky process of leasehold administration stress!! A special shout out to James also whose joy at us finding the right property was fabulous.

Be careful with them. RA Bennett Stratford-upon-Avon promise everything and once you sign they don't deliver. I rented a house (for thousands), bathroom was leaking, toilet downstairs as well. Windows in a very bad condition, wind blew through the house. Cracked bathroom floor, hot water in the toilet, not working door handles and locks! They agreed to fix everything before moving in.
Some they did AFTER moving in (bathroom leak) others they never did (windows, cracked floor in bathroom, hot water toilet, extractor fan, downstairs toilet, etc).
Their maintenance company doesn't reply for months, then talk to you in a very unprofessional manner. We moved in in the beginning of May, after chasing them for 8 month to fix the above issues, they wanted to come and fix the windows and the bathroom right after Christmas on the 27th December. Of course we said that it's not a good time. Then they used this against us saying we're not cooperating. Again in a very unprofessional manner.
We wanted to leave early because of these issues, they threatened with court. Despite all of this we paid the full rent always in time for the whole year.
We moved out after one year, left the house in cleaner and in a better shape than when we moved in. Yet they're claiming £470 for cleaning and redecoration. Absolutely disgusting.

I won’t say which dump we had to deal with but they have to be the worst one, I have ever dealt with. Suffice to say they’ll do everything to get you to sign, and then after that, surprise surprise, flats not finished with essential work, then they state ‘well we don’t have to because you didn’t ask’ and then ‘well you’re signed now’

Also, they use questionable credit agencies to do checks as well that also ultimate people half way through applications to pay off debts that they are already paying, otherwise you can’t buy or rent.

Genuinely couldn’t make this up! Absolutely shocking and not one f___ given by them. Audacity is the only word I’d use to describe them.

Sadly this is that state of the UK now. No one cares at the top, so that filters down.

We're just in the process of changing over tenants and the whole process from marketing to inspection of the property and making arrangements with the new tenants has been seamless. I hope we will continue a long term landlord-agency relationship.

Absolutely shocking experience and I'm not even a customer, this company ring me repeatedly and have done for weeks despite being advised that they have the wrong number.
They have given out private information about their client even after being told they've rung a wrong number. I dread to think what it's like to be an actual client.
I can only think the Worcester branch is an office full of people who can't read or operate a simple computer. Good luck selling your house if you use these clowns

Was buying a house and they are highly manipulating they tell you that you have to use their solicitor and their morgage advisor because otherwise they wont sell you the house.
Which is a scam dont believe them the seller has no say in what solicitors or morgage advisor you pick. They said the same lie to 2 other people I know because they try to push on getting their solicitors and they WILL scam you on the quote.

Really pleased with the service received from RA Bennett Cheltenham. We sold our home after 2.5weeks on the market, and exchanged within 2 months. Leon was wonderful at communicating with us, keeping us up to date and leading the viewings of our home. Thank you for all of your support.

worst experience ever i had .Dont believe the letting negotiators word they are lying , different negotiators are telling different things , they have no policies basically they only focus on how to lute money from customer pockets, according to their mood they will charge different amounts They are charging more rent in stratford than other letting agents and giving poor service including property maintaince, if anybody occupying their property should notice and take photographs of any damage or colour change before inn,when we are moving TDS complaint they will provide manipulated invoice so be careful ,

They are charging more reletting fees than other letting agents

Selling my late mums house we had good support and great communication on any feed back from potential buyers from start to finish and pleased to say a successful sale

We purchased a Grade II listed property advertised with R A Bennett in Dursley. It wasn't a straightforward purchase but Syd and Kayleigh were so helpful with attending several viewings and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

A really great service, a big thanks to all involved at the Leamington spa office for the work you all put in, and on some occasions, going beyond expectations 👍

I cannot give a high enough rating for Emma and her team. Professional from the start. They have always been very polite and calming, even when things were a bit tough!!!. Please do not take property from RA Bennet. They will go above and beyond prior to the home being rented out. Carefully read the agreement, paying particular attention to the small print. They are famously pricey and have a lot of hidden expenses. I'm shocked. They are pilfering from regular tenants.

The Warwick Office Manager is a disgrace … You call to advise that the property details are put onto Right Move incorrect, not only room by room but spelling mistakes, to be told sorry we cannot reach your expectations so goodbye …

I would not recommend these people to sell your home. The manager Neal signs you up then leaves you to young inexperienced sales people that probably would be better placed selling shoes.

My house was not locked up properly several times after viewings and communication between the staff and myself seemed non existent.

I dropped the price £15000 in hope for a quick sale yet the advert in the shop window still displayed the old higher price even after repeated attempts to get it changed.

After 6 months and only one one confirmed offer that R A Bennetts failed to retain I removed the property from the market because the bungalow I was due to move to was sold to another buyer.

When I picked up my keys i was informed I had had more than one offer on my property. What a shame they didn't let me know and I could have sold earlier and bought my now lost dream bungalow.

I strongly recommend you pick another agent.
