Very professional and experienced fitter
A very fair price for fitting, came to my office to fit, had the tyre brand I wanted, couldn't have been better, absolutely brilliant service

Easy process to order the tyres required. The tyres were a very good price. Lots of choice of fitment centres locally. Tyre centre reception was clean and tidy. The tyres were replaced quicky. Excellent service.

I found the RAC Tyre web site made it easy for me to find the specific tyre that I needed and a fitter close by at a reasonable price.

Arrived at due time and dealt with immediately. Work was clean, efficient and courteous. No complaints

Arrived at my designated time. The car went straight in. Tyres changed quickly. No marks on my wheels etc… very happy with this garage and I will definitely choose to use this garage in the future.

My tyre was fitted within the 1 hour window I had booked. The price was within a few pounds of the cheapest and the fitter was 6 miles away.

Availability, able to book on line, recommended to competent tyre fitters, who provided an excellent service, in line with booking requirements

I arrived at the agreed time and the tyre was fitted and I was on my way quickly.

After my car unexpectedly failed its MOT on 29th May due to tyre issues, I booked and paid extra through RAC Tyres for a Sunday mobile fitting, as I needed my car to be legal to drive for work on Monday.

I received confirmation and was given a fitting slot between 10am–3pm with a partner company. Based on this, I had peace of mind that the issue would be resolved in time.

However, no one arrived.

At 1:30pm I called the number provided, and after chasing multiple times I was eventually told — after the time slot had effectively ended — that the tyres had not been received, so the appointment could not go ahead.

This raised a serious concern: how was this not checked before or at the start of the appointment window?

I contacted RAC the following morning at 8:30am and was told they would investigate and call me back. Instead, I received an email at 10:00am saying the appointment could not be fulfilled and asking me to restart the process or accept a refund.

When I called to explain the urgency — that I had already been left without a legal vehicle and needed this resolved — I was told RAC are “just facilitators” and take no responsibility for the companies they use.

This is unacceptable. I paid RAC for a service expecting reliability and accountability. Instead, I was left:

* Without a road-legal car
* Without a resolution
* And without my money, which I was told would take up to 6 working days to refund

The entire experience showed a lack of coordination, accountability, and customer care. I would not use RAC Tyres again.

Process was very easy to arrange the purchase and fitting. Great Price too

The process of finding a replacement for my wife’s Micro was first class. The ability to find which local RAC Tyre fitting centre stocked the Kuhmo tyre required together with the price and the fitting date/time was fantastic. The process was seamless and the fitting centre G Force tyres were friendly and very efficient.

Ordered my tyres online
Fitter came and said the tyres wouldn’t fit on my car which was absolutely rubbish. He drove off so called rac for refund which they said I would get refund 4 days later I got refund minus £25 fitting fee when he didn’t fit the tyres they tried to tell me they was the wrong size so it was my fault. He could have fitted the tyres there was no reason why he couldn’t as the same size tyres I ordered with RAC I got done the next day at the garage with no problems at all & was a lot cheaper wouldn’t bother with them the customer service line there just rude & don’t care at all.

I also cancelled my breakdown cover with them so they lost a customer
