Raymat Textiles Opiniões

As I am intolerant of polyester and memory foam fillings, the bamboo filled Orthopaedic pillows are excellent. Breathing and comfort have improved immensely. Prompt delivery of an exceptionally good product. Highly recommend.

Good experience, even if we ordered a Hungarian Duvet and we received a Siberian Duvet. They said it is better quality, I am still not sure. But it was good.

Brilliant - phoned for advice pre purchase and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Duvet turned up the next morning! Am very pleased with it, the only slightly annoying thing is that is that it rustles! I am hoping with some wear and a gentle wash it will stop doing this. Thanks

I have paid for next day delivery - 24 h and my order was delivered in 3 days. Your customer service staff also has to improve their way of speaking to the customer. Their approach was totally unprofessional and dissapointing. My first and last time buying from your company.

Quick delivery and well packed item. Duvet arrived looking very thin and flat but fibres soon bounced back. My 10.5 tog bamboo duvet is just what I hoped - light but warm & comfortable.

Everyrhing is very good

Fast dispatch and delivery keeping me well informed with full tracking using good quality delivery agents.
A very simple smooth transaction
Thanks

Excellent experience with excellent service. I thought the photo of my parcel ready to be sent at sunset was wonderful and so original! The package arrived I. Very good time and thought the wrapping paper great. The shirts are fantastic and really appreciate the little attention to details. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing for good quality and personal service.

A wonderful Company to find! Such a huge variety to choose from and such excellent prices, I managed to find my Canadian quality 50/50 goose feather and down mattress topper that is beautiful, I love it! Such prompt delivery service and I was informed of progress throughout the transaction from purchase to delivery. I would definitely buy from Raymat Textiles again in the future! Lovely to have a UK seller. Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟

Great service

Great experience with Raymat.
4 Hungarian goose down pillows ordered and sent in a timely manner. I've not tried them yet but they look to be of excellent quality and similar or better than the ones I had from DAPW and kept from 10years.
Excellent customer service when I called them.
It's just a real shame they used Parcelforce to deliver my goods. Parcelforce services were abysmal as they kept attempting delivery at my house despite acknowledging my request to deliver to my local post office 3 days in a row!!!

Quick response to order and delivery

The Mulberry silk duvets are very rustley, so every time you move in bed they make a noise and even my cat does not like the sound when he walks across the bed. It states that the outer material is a high thread count 100% cotton but not convinced of this as more of waxy texture. Also not convinced that the filling is 100% silk either as too puffed up, should be a lot thinner and flatter. My previous silk duvet was a lot thinner and lighter and had a cotton outer that was soft and made no noise. I have had to purchase 2 more Mulberry silk duvets from John Lewis which are definitely far superior to these and same as my previous one. No noise lighter and thinner.

I bought a all seasons double silk duvet during the summer when the duvet arrived the box clearly said double I did not used or opened the box during the summer. As it is getting cold I decided to use it now when I opened the box to my surprise the duvet turned out to be a single one and not double. It is an expensive duvet totally waste of money.

Transaction was smooth and easy to complete.
Item was as described and arrived without any issues, what's not too like.
I would certainly use them again.

Outstanding value, quality and service with a very informative website on all options and styles. If you want 'the real deal duvet', look no further.

First class as always. I’ve bought from Raymat before, an excellent service with quality items at competitive prices. Many thanks.

The website is excellent, delivery was good, the duvet is great and so is the price. A perfect combination!

The delivery arrived when stated, I haven’t opened the quilts yet but I’m sure they will be great. I love mulberry silk quilts.
