Extremely bad service.
I placed my order more than a month ago (a player shirt), and I have not received it yet.
I have been in contact with the support (after I have reached out) about 10 times, but nothing happens.
At one point, they even suggest that I reached out to the delivery firm to check up with a status, as if it was my problem to solve it!
Very disappointing - can only recommend not to order through the Real Madrid shop.

The 18th of August i placed an order, with Real Madrid´s online shop. The order was of 450€, and that includes express shipping. Thinking i was gonna see the first Real Madrid games of the season, enjoying my new kit along with my sons new kit was far from what I got. After not hearing anything within the first 10 days, I sent them a message. No answer in the 3 coming days. I then decided to call, and there it was. They said they had some issues with one of the products being in stock, but said my order would be shipped within the coming 3 days. Now that was a complete lie. Seeing as nothing ever happened, i sent e-mails, i called. In total i sent 7 e-mails, and i called 5 times. From these 13 enquiries, they gave me 7 different reasons for why it never got shipped. @ 14 October, they refunded me the express shipping cost. And @ 23 October, it was finally sent.
I mean. Im happy that it finally was sent, but I´ve ordered a lot of things online during my years. But NEVER have i seen this horrid service. Never.

I have made an order from RM store on 2sd August which still I didn't get.
They never answer immediately, at least 2 or 3 days to answer some times I had to send an other email to get an answer, they refused to cancel the order, they don't follow up with the shipment, they don't answer.... It's the worst experience with a big shop. It's shamefull
Am I supposed to make donations to Real Madrid?
A club of the magnitude of Real Madrid simply can't have such customer support. I placed an almost €500 order and that was immediately cancelled because they told me that I have to send an ID card to confirm my address. Of course, I did that right after but 3 days later, having sent them three more emails, I still haven't received neither response, nor update about the order and I was still charged! Absolutely ridiculous!
6 Months Later No Refund for Returned Jersey
I ordered a jersey for my son's birthday more than 6 months ago now, they sent me the wrong size. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return it, they received the uniform and I have still not received a refund. I am a huge fan of Real Madrid but I am so disappointed with how they treat Madridstas, I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I placed an order July 26 but the order was never delivered. I sent more than twenty emails but always the same answers .we escalated your ..............blah blah so anyways kept sending emails and.saying what a bad representation they were for a club like RM .so I finally got an email today saying that the order was canceled and a refund was issued

Never got my order, didn't get my refund yet, i'm frustrated. They told me that my case was escalated to the whoever he is that can solve my problem and get me a refund, and it didn't happen anyways. Feels very bad that a club like RM have a poor shop and a poor quality service. The shipping was more expensive than the order itself, thinking it was for fast delivery (2-3 days), it's been ages now. feels veryyyyy bad. I don't recommend
AVOID
Placed expensive order, got no tracking number after 2 weeks. Contacted CS who said there are warehouse delays and gave no ETA. Got sick of waiting and not getting transparent answers from CS so I asked for a refund as order not shipped yet. They said they will have to submit a cancellation request( whatever that is). No confirmation of refund request yet so I'm expecting this to be another lengthy process. For the biggest club in the world to have such an awful contractor in charge of this, this is woeful and been a terrible experience. Go to addidas if you want merch!
Order never delivered, ignored by CS
Ordered a set on July 10 with the next day delivery, now is August 19 and the order has never arrived. Tracking number provided is not valid.
Customer serviced ignored 3 of my emails.
Chat takes forever and does not provide any help, only informing that they have "reported the delay".
Total scam and the worst CS I have ever came across.
Haven’t got my order
I ordered a Real Madrid Third Authentic Shirt on March 19th, 2020 but i did not receive it yet. I emailed them and they replied and said that I have to allow 20 working days from the dispatched date which was on 25/03/2020. Today is the 30th working day which is 28/04/2020. The biggest problem is that these guys did not provide me with a tracking number so I really have no clue where my shipment is at. They kept telling me to check my local postal office as if there’s only one in my area. There is a postal office for Ups, Purolator, Fedex, DHL, and Canada Post. It’s not my job to contact every single local post office in my area and also they wouldn’t tell me of they have package or not unless I provide them with the tracking number which i don’t have. Very bad service. DON’T BUY from these guys I swear they’re SCAMMERS.
This is a Real Madrid Madridista Card sales scam.
Having previously been a Madridista card holder for a number of years, I purchased a new card around 3 weeks ago, having booked flights and accommodation, for the forthcoming Champions League fixture v Manchester City, at the Santiago Bernabeau Stadium on the 26th February 2020. My new membership arrived yesterday, including my Madridista card, which states that it allows card holders to match tickets after members but, before general sale. Today the 6th February 2020 was the sale date, at 10.00am Spanish time 09.00 UK time. At 09.00 am UK time, 10.00am Spanish time, I attempted to log in, to purchase tickets for the game in question. To my anger and frustration it stated "This fixture is a restricted sale". I contacted the Madridista card helpline and, received a call from them shortly afterwards. The customer service person of the Madridista card was also at a loss, as the sales started within Spain, on time. I have still not purchased a ticket, after previously paying 35 euros to obtain a Madridista card, in order that I could purchase a ticket for the fixture. I don't know if playing a English side and, myself being of UK origin has anything to do with it but, nowhere in the conditions of sale of the Madridista card, does it state that a person would be refused access to ticket sales, if a person/s comes from a country, in which the team Real Madrid are playing, comes from the same.
Worst website ever
Worst website ever! I got my package delivered today with a blue tea mug and it was smashed completely. I've sent several emails and tried to call them with no answer. And I paid more than $10 for an exprss delivery.
