Not sure why I cannot vote for 0 stars. I have made an order of 1 jacket in march, but when I saw my bank account I saw the money was withdrawn twice. After trying to resolve it, no solutions came. Next thing, I received two jackets. Again, trying to mail them and they said I had to return one of them and would get my shipping (which I had to pay my self) partly back and the jacket would be refunded. Now 3 months later, nothing has been refunded yet. After having multiple mail-conversations, I am talking about about 3 mails a week, still nothing is handled with. They now claim the refund has been made already at 24/4 but at the beginning of may they told me they still had to handle the situation. It is one BIG LIE in my opinion and I am still waiting for my 100 bucks.

Do not order here, they suck and do not care about your service. Luckely they can build their nice big stadium with some stolen money!

Bad customer service !! Never again

Professional management in my experience,responds quickly to emails,resolved my issues multiple times. Even replaced my items more than once when problems arised.

I had a really bad experience with them.

It's been more than a month since I ordered an item, and despite many calls to customer support, I still have no information.
On a few occasions, they kind of brushed me off. They said things like "Didn't it arrive already?" as if it's a pleasure to call the customer support or what? "Of course it didn't! This is the exact reason I'm calling you."
I had to pay upfront and they told me I cannot be refunded.

I definitely wouldn't recommend their services.

I had a very bad experience with them. I ordered something a month back and it is yet not delivered. After multiple emails and conversation, I am given to believe that the good is returned back. Now I am trying to contact them for a refund and they aren't responding to the emails and nor are picking up the call. This website is not dependable so think before booking anything.

Jeg bestilte en trøje med tryk. Både valg af vare + tryk, bestilling og betaling gik rigtig nemt. Jeg blev desuden fint informeret undervejs. Varen blev afsendt samme dag, som jeg bestilte. Dog gik der forholdsvist lang tid, før jeg modtog varen (9/1 - 18/1). Varen blev leveret i min postkasse og var helt som forventet. Jeg undrer mig en smule over valg af indpakning, da der ikke er meget til at beskytte varen under transport. Solid præstation og rigtig god pris ift. danske alternativer!

Leveringstid og indpakning trækker lidt ned, men ift. prisen, er det stadig 5 stjerner.

Although it had been shipped from Spain to Germany, everything has arrived within a few working days and at great quality. Site is available in several languages, I can buy Bernabeu tickets at reasonable prices and I receive loyalty gifts in constant periods. I don't write this just because I am a Real Madrid fan, it's just as it is. Great homepage performance and service. Hala Madrid y nada mas.
