Tom was very helpful and professional in showing me the BMW X5 I was interested in. I was also very pleased that he didn't prioritise selling a financial package which seems to be the norm in the main dealerships. Only disappointment was the the part ex price. Exceptional service from Ollie Shead from the moment we turned up for a test drive, all the way through to handing me the keys for my Volvo XC60. Kept me thoroughly informed during the week between paying the deposit and collecting it, with updates on the mechanical check progress and refinements to get it as good as brand new. Ollie even sent me a video the day before collection to show just what a great job the team had done in getting it prepared. And when I did collect it on Saturday, I was blown away by the impeccable state of the vehicle! Really like buying a brand new car. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
