Amazing service

James sold me a car
James sold me a car, we did most over call and email which made it loads easier when collecting. Once i had collected a week later i had a minor problem but he sorted it really fast which was great. Highly recommend great service

A First Class Experience And Exceptional Service
Having identified the car I wanted, Ben Brook and the team at Redline worked tirelessly to meet my exacting requirements. Throughout the process Ben was exemplary, with frequent communications and detailed updates on progress with the car. On collection the vehicle exceeded my expectations (which were high) and I could not be more delighted with my purchase. BMW X4 purchase.
I recently purchased a BMW X4 from this dealership and had a great experience from start to finish. Tom, who assisted me throughout the process, was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made everything straightforward and stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions without any pressure.
There was a slight issue with the car after purchase which was spotted on delivery day, but I have to say the way it was handled was outstanding—it was rectified with no hassle at all. That level of customer service really gives you confidence that you’re in good hands.
Overall, I’m happy with both the car and the service I received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership, and a big thank you to Tom for making it such a positive experience!

My first preowned purchase and Porsche…
This is my first preowned purchase and also my first Porsche so I was a little cautious when visiting Redline. However, after agreeing a meeting with Ben Brook I was made to feel both welcome and at ease. Following a test drive I agreed a deal with Ben and picked the car up a week later with any necessary work completed as agreed. The process was great and the car has been great.

Bought my Aston Martin Vantage through…
Bought my Aston Martin Vantage through James at Redline, who was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The collection process was smooth and efficient.
After a few weeks, a minor issue arose with the car, but James was quick to step in and get it resolved. Everything is now sorted, and I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle.
I would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again, James.

Olly Shead was a really personable salesman whose communication via telephone and video was on another level. I was slightly nervous doing a long distance high value purchase but Olly made the whole process straightforward and i had a high level of confidence in him which he duly delivered with aplomb.
