Amazing customer service, wide selection of guns and parts, and pretty good shipping times all things considered. I normally don't buy internationally but I make an exception for redwolf because so far my experience has been nothing but top notch. Would absolutely recommend for anyone buying airsoft gear, regardless of where you're located.

I am not happy w/ "Dead" wolf Airsoft! I ordered a Glock 18C from them because they advertise the one without the orange tip on their website but when mines arrived it had an orange tip. If I'd've known that they did false advertising I would've just ordered one of the orange barrel tip versions from Amazon instead of waiting on theirs to come from Hong Kong. They need to take dwn the image on their website and put the correct one up!

After looking online I discovered that the orange tips are easily removed w/ a pair of pliers . So I changed my 1 star to 5 stars because the actual air gun is perfect. I was just mad about the orange tip.

Fast delivery and reliable products are Red Wolf's biggest strengths.

Good prices and fast shipping! A lot of things are out of stock but that is not a big deal to me

My shopping experience almost didn't go well. I purchased a model gun made by Hartford of a Colt Paterson pistol. Redwolf canceled my order and refunded my money claiming Canada customs wouldn't let it into Canada because it doesn't fire a pellet at 360 ft per second. I reordered the gun, and took full responsibility for it's loss if seized. They shipped it, I figured since the original gun is considered an antique by Canadian law and is not regulated, the model gun should also be allowed in. It arrived into customs within three days of shipping, it sat in customs for a couple of hours, and then they released it. Thanks to RedWolf for accepting my order, gun looks great.

Habe hier Ersatzteile für meine Softair bestellt, da diese in Deutschland nicht lieferbar waren, oder mit unbekanntem Liefertermin. Denn habe ich zum erstmal Mal in Hongkong bestellt. Am. 15.11 bestellt und am 25.11 wurde geliefert. (!!!)
Sendungsnummer wurde mir sofort mitgeteilt. Am längsten dauert die Zollabfertigung in Deutschland.
Das Paket ist super verpackt gewesen. Einfach nur top!
Mit Versand und Zollgebühren war die Bestellung günstiger und schneller als hätte ich in Deutschland bestellt.

its my 2nd time to order and the shipping was fast considering that the package came from another country. i will definitely order again. I just hope that there/s a way to filter out of stock items from available ones to make searching for a specific product item easier

These guys are incredible. After 10+ orders in the last few years I can without a doubt say they’ve never gotten my orders wrong. Everything I’ve ever ordered that was listed in stock was sent without any issues. The standard postal service has been reaching me within an average of 5-7 days. ordered 'in stock" item - took them 3 weeks to even send me order confirmation and told me then shipping will take 6 to 10 weeks because item is in stock in china..
