Bought a pistol off these guys a while back and they emailed to say they had none left and they weren’t coming back in stock so I accepted a replacement pistol in its place, used the gun for 4 hours and it exploded, literally top slide broke in half and flew off, I didn’t disassemble the gun at all since the time I received it and found it was missing the rubber buffers for the springs to take the recoil, redwolf swore I had modified the gun and PayPal told me I’d need a qualified air soft technician to look at the gun to prove it was faulty in order to receive a refund, avoid these lot like the plague only ever heard bad things about them since

I'm a french customer and I have buy a RWA EXA and it's an awesome Pistol. He looks great and it have a very good precision. I love it! Concerning the package, I think it would be great to have some goodies like scratch patch or else. No obligations, just a thought. I ordered from Germany some spare parts which I couldn't find somewhere else than Redwolf Airsoft (Umarex Glock 45). The prices are great as well as the selection of spare parts. Even the time for shipping was aroung 14 days. So far so good ...
I ordered more than I needed knowing that shipping will be $8.50 (I needed just a spring). Receiving the envelope I had to pay an additional fee of $8.50 (tax and services).
Finally for the parts worth $31.62 I had to pay $17 for shipping which is more than 50% of the parts cost.
So - Redwolf Airsoft is really a great shop but I guess I have to go on searching for another store because of costs surrounding the parts itself. Again - everything else was great and I'll really recommend this shop.
