Good stock, great prices, excellent service
Redwolf Airsoft maintain excellent stock of more obscure parts; in my case I was after some original VFC parts which are difficult to get hold of in the UK. The prices for these parts was very reasonable, some were even discounted which was an added bonus. I found the entire experience of locating the parts to be okay, but could be improved with better filtering. For example I was able to filter original VFC parts into G series models and I understand that a lot of the parts are interchangeable among the G series line but I was looking specifically for items for an Umarex/VFC Glock 17 Gen 4 and I had to search through parts for Glock 19, 45s and all other models which was annoying. The process of adding to basket, checking out and payment all extremely slick and I received updates in a timely manner when items were dispatched. The items arrived well within a reasonable timeframe with ease and were well packaged and protected. I have since placed further orders from Redwolf Airsoft and I am likely to continue to do so in the near future.

Waist of money purchased 2 gas pistols…
Waist of money purchased 2 gas pistols and only got one and the one I got was not even onr of the ones I ordered they even blacked out the model numbers on the box it came in. I keep email red wolf air soft and they said send it back then they will sent me both of my items that's flipping stupid waist of my time and MONEY but I shipped the crap back but nothing and that was September 7,2022 I want my full refund of US$173.98.

Hi Heather, we apologize that our shipping team accidentally swapped your order with another customer's package, and we shipped you a higher-value Tokyo Marui pistol instead. The two pistols you ordered totaled $98.49 and the one we accidentally shipped you is $139.99. The 1st option is you can keep the more expensive pistol and we will also give you a $50 cash gift card as a sincere apology for our mistake.
The 2nd option is you can return the pistol we sent to you by mistake, and we mail the 2 pistols you had originally ordered back to you. We emailed you on Sep 7th with a pre-paid shipping label to return the pistol, but we have not heard back from you.
Kindly reply to our emails so we can resolve this according to your decision. (Option 1 - You keep the more expensive pistol, or Option 2 - you return the pistol that you have and we'll mail you the original 2 pistols)
If you have already opened and used the pistol that we sent, then perhaps Option 1 is the best. Kindly let us know. Again, we apologize for the mix-up.
