I'm Regxa's user since 2021, I needed VPSs and Web hosting. During this years they provide a very stable services with fair price. They have a very good support team and extended their support team during this years, now they answer support tickets as soon as before.
Totally they have all services I need with fair and low price, suggested them to all who need this services.

Everything works, I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now, so far everything is stable.

I've been using REGXA 5 month. Frequent network drops, the advertised 10 Gbps speed isn't there, and the typical speed is 600 Mbps. I rented a server in Germany and a day later received a message saying the service was blocked due to abuse. The time indicated is from a time when I wasn't the owner of the service. I contacted support, and they said they'd checked everything and there was no error. In short, it's a good thing I had my main services from another provider.

I come to leave you this review with a feeling of betrayal, I worked with regxa for more than 3 years with its ups and downs, I spoke with support and they helped me with day-to-day problems but one day they suddenly deactivated my account and deleted all the data indicating that Cloudflare marked one of my domains as a phishing site. None of that, they delete my clients' data, real sales records and activity of several of my clients without prior notice, although I do have backups, important information was still lost and no matter how much I chatted with them, begging them to allow me to save the information, they mockingly refused and told me to buy another plan and start over.

I recently experienced a suspension due to an abuse-related issue on my VPS. While the situation was unexpected, the REGXA support team handled the matter professionally and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Although their policy is strict regarding abuse cases, they reviewed my history as a long-term client and made a goodwill exception by refunding the remaining balance to my credit. I appreciate their fairness and transparency in handling the case.

Their support team, especially Benjamin Andrew, was responsive and respectful in communication. Policies are firm, but they are willing to consider client history, which shows professionalism.

I will continue using REGXA services while ensuring full compliance with their Terms of Service.

I was a customer of Regxa.com for nearly four years, and during that time I experienced repeated issues with their VPS hosting. My servers were frequently suspended without any valid or logical explanation, despite being used for vital company services that many of our clients rely on. Each suspension caused unnecessary disruption, and the excuses they provided often felt like a way to reclaim IP addresses or manipulate resources behind the scenes.

Over the years, I paid them close to $10,000, yet their support was consistently unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of valuing long-term customers, they showed little concern for service continuity or professional responsibility.

Eventually, I made the difficult decision to migrate all of my services to another provider. The process was stressful and time-consuming, but ultimately worth it to ensure stability and reliability. I strongly advise anyone running important services not to rely on Regxa.com. . Based on my experience, migrating away is the best choice if uptime and trust matter to you.

To make matters worse, once they realized I was leaving, they began suspending even more of my services, including my domain, seemingly as retaliation. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and highlights the risks of entrusting critical infrastructure to them.

I hope my experience helps others avoid the same mistakes. If your business depends on reliable hosting, look elsewhere.

Regxa initially attracted me with its quick registration and low rates, as well as convenient cryptocurrency payments, but my first impression was misleading. I used the server for my project, but it keeps crashing. I have to constantly write to support, who don't explain anything. Perhaps this is because of the low rates, but nevertheless, this level of service is terrible

I’ve been genuinely impressed with REGXA. From day one, everything has worked smoothly and reliably. Steal time of 50-80! %. i had to write support and got migrated 2 times. id did not get better. worst of all if you ask them for a refund and paid with crypto you only get store balance. but what do you want to do with it if the vps is shit?

10gbit is actually true i reached 1.5-3gbit but its of no use because the cpu is constanly at 90% with all the steal!! REXGA five me my Money back!!!

BEWARE if you value your money and privacy.

1. The Service is Broken.
My prepaid yearly VPS crashes/freezes constantly (every single week). The uptime is terrible. The only way to fix it is to ask support to restart it manually.

2. The Trap.
I registered with a temporary email for privacy (common in crypto). I lost access to that email, but I still have the SSH keys and access to the Payment Wallet.
Because their server is constantly dying, I was forced to contact support.

3. Hypocrisy and Theft.
- Previously, support agents helped me restart the server without issues, confirming my ownership in the chat history.
- Now, they decided to play "security theater". They refuse to restart my PAID server because I can't email them from the old address.
- They REFUSE to accept Blockchain TxID or a micro-transaction from the owner's wallet as proof. They claim "policies" prevent them from fixing their own broken hardware.

Summary:
They sold me a defective product that requires constant support intervention. Now they refuse to provide that support based on a technicality, effectively stealing the remaining months of my prepaid subscription.
If you lose your email, they will happily keep your crypto and give you nothing.

They blocked my access to the server and deleted it, and refuse to give any refund

Well, that didn't took long to get screwed by them.

Broken VPS that isn't allowing me to terminate it.

Then they start going through some mental gymnastic to explain why they are switching words to not issue a refund - but a credit instead.

Obviously a chargeback will be done.

And regarding about their 10Gbps speed claims, rest assure, that's also bogus.

I entered the EPP code in another site for domain transfer, but all the large domain sites said that the EPP code was not valid.

So I asked if I could reissue the EPP code or support it.
They said that the domain lock is already unlocked, and the EPP code is valid and cannot be reissued. And they transferred the responsibility that the other company should solve it.

Other companies and I had a hard time transferring the domain due to this uncooperative attitude of regxa.

I have been working with this provider for several years, they have very strong support, there was a disruption in crypto payments, they respectfully refunded me after providing the required documents, this is a testament to the strong team behind the scenes of this platform.

I’ve been using REGXA services for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service they provide. The performance is consistently excellent , fast loading speeds, reliable uptime, and smooth operation even during peak hours. Their customer support team is another major advantage; they respond quickly and always provide clear, helpful solutions whenever needed.

Stay the HELL away from them.

I previously had TERMINATED my service with them (#206318)

"Your service canceled, if you need more help let me know, also we thank you very much for what you have done with us."

I then notice that I am _STILL_ being billed by them, so once again a ticket is submitted (#395368)

Sadly not long after submitting this ticket I was admitted to a hospital due to a stroke for quite some time; come home and start getting things in order only to notice I AM STILL BEING BILLED.

Once again; submit a ticket (#837201)
And now I'm essentially being told because so much time has passed I can only get a partial refund;
Their "team" doesn't give a rats backend about their customers.
Their "team" fails to do what has been asked MULTIPLE times.
So as the title says -STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM-

The team behind Regxa knows what they are doing and are there to help you for any issues within minutes. This really makes the customer experience good knowing that they won't be blocked on something due to their fast response times.

I have been using VPS based on Windows for almost a year now, and I only have good things to say about my experience. Never had any issues, and the VPS runs fast and steady.
