This limitation exists because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature, and we do not have the capability to refund directly to a wallet. Instead, refunds are credited to your REGXA account balance, which can be used for any future services or renewals.

Immediate Refund Issued:
Upon your request for a refund, we acted promptly and refunded the amount to your REGXA account as a credit balance. This ensures that the funds are still available for your use.

Service Satisfaction:
We strive to provide high-quality services and support. If there were any technical issues with the VPS setup or configuration, our support team would have been more than happy to assist you in resolving them.

Unfortunately to hear that, But as we have checked that your service is removed due to none payment renewal and the system has informed you many times, so the payment was ignored thats why your service is removed. Also, When you set service as none renew next month, that is mean clearly you want to remove the service and not renewing it anymore. Sorry to say that but this is not our fault and we are unable to do anything in that case.
