very quick and fast issue resolvers

I have been using regxa for over 4 months now and they always have been on the go ready for my needs and didn't disappoint ever, I wonder why everyone is talking bad about them even tho a big number of people use them and they are also satisfied with the service and everytime they rate it seems that their rating gets deleted sadly for trustpilot,

awfull service. VPS crashed. all data lost. all they do is asnwer once in 12h to say they are working on issue and nothing else. no refunds. no other options to resolve the issue. support is doing absolutely nothing.

Regxa Cloud is a Scam

Regxa Cloud is absolutely not trustworthy. They claim to sell servers with “DMCA ignored” protection and 10 GBPS speed, but in reality, the servers can’t even reach 100 MBPS. After just 3 days, they delete your server using DMCA as an excuse.

When you open a support ticket, they respond mockingly and state that no refund will be issued. The only way to get your money back is by filing a chargeback.

Stay away from this company!

Stay away. Far far away. the services they advertise are not related at all to what they really offer.

IT is impossible to work with their services. They just... don't work. I took Cloud VPS X4 - Europe (12/08/2025 - 11/09/2025) Operating System: windows-10 IPv6: Disabled Region: United Kingdom - London

the processor and ram were on 100% without doing absolutelly nothing. The only thing I could ever open in their VPS was just the task manager window and it required around 15-20 seconds to open.

I kept it for 3 days waiting for their support to solve. They checked and after they check task manager needed up to 1 minute to open.

I terminated the vps and asked my moeny back. Their answer: you paid by crypto so we cannot refund you.

Does this make any sense to anybody. If you can accept crypto means that you can pay by crypto but the fact is that they are just a scam

Regxa is a complete scam

Regxa is a complete scam. They advertise 10 Gbps ports and DMCA ignored VPS, but the actual speeds are laughable — only about 200 Mbps upload and 700 Mbps download, nowhere near what they promise.

Within minutes of using the VPS, my service was suspended for “security violations” with zero explanation. I never did anything illegal or abusive.

Their refund policy is a joke. Instead of returning money to the original payment method, they credit it to the account balance, which cannot be withdrawn. The minimum top-up is $5, so you can’t even use your refund.

Their “DMCA ignored” claim is false. Support ignores real problems and hides behind meaningless terms.

Avoid Regxa at all costs. It’s a waste of money and time.

This is SCAM, they never refund your credit balance to you, and their systems and abuss team works very bad and terminate VPS without adequate reason. I highly recommend avoid this SCAM.

Regxa Hosting Deleted My Site and data, Sent Fake $99M Invoice, and Blocked Data Recovery

I was hosting my domain with Regxa. My service expired on July 3, 2025. I tried to renew and recover my data within a few days, but they sent me a fake invoice for $99,999,999 USD, making it impossible to pay or renew.

When I reached out, they told me my website data had already been permanently deleted because they only retain suspended accounts for 4 days. They admitted in writing that this 4-day policy is not mentioned in their Terms of Service, suspension emails, or any prior communication.

How was I supposed to know my data would be gone in 4 days if they never told me? And how can anyone renew when the invoice shows 99 million dollars? This is either a serious technical failure, gross negligence, or a deliberate trap to block customers from recovering data.

As a developer, I’ve worked with many hosts, and this is the worst hosting experience I’ve ever seen. No backups, no fair warning, no policy transparency, and no way to fix the issue due to a ridiculous billing error.

Avoid Regxa Hosting at all costs.

- The hosting plan you used was **discontinued over a year ago**, and multiple emails were sent — including **one month before suspension** — informing you that renewal would require upgrading to a new plan with updated pricing and improved resources.
- Your service was suspended due to non-payment. In line with our policy, we allow a **3-day grace period** for renewal after suspension. While our Terms of Service mention termination rights, we extended this grace period to **10 days** to be more flexible.
- The invoice showing a very large amount ($99,999,999) was **not a real charge** — this was a placeholder due to the plan being discontinued. It was not intended for payment and was clearly not a legitimate invoice.
- You were given the option to order a new plan using the same domain, which could have made backup recovery possible through cPanel, but this offer was declined.
- Our support team acted within policy and with courtesy at all times, despite threats of fake reviews.

We take all customer concerns seriously, and we remain committed to fairness, transparency, and improving our communication. If you need further clarification, our team is always available.

Avoid This VPS Provider – Faulty Detection System
I had the same exact setup running on their London and USA VPS with no issues, but the France location kept getting suspended for no reason. Even after reinstalling, securing, and closing all ports, the system falsely flagged my VPS. They refused to refund me and claimed their system is "100% accurate"—it's not. I lost money and time. Stay away from this scam.

They lost all top ups on 1 may 2025
and after some days my server suspended.

They trying get from me information about payment that i do not have. I sent all info from my backing app but they texted "Unfortunately we did not find you payment... please send stripe payment info"...what? I do not have this info!!! I sent them all info what I can see in backing app and from email recipes.

Avoid Regxa.com – Terrible Service and Support

I paid for hosting from Regxa.com, but after 7 days, they removed my service without warning. When I reached out, they blamed a "bug" and then claimed my hosting was removed before I even paid. But they still took my payment after that! Now they refuse to refund me, despite my proof of payment. The support is useless, and their services are unreliable. Don’t waste your money!

Service Termination Policy:
As per our policies, customers are notified five times before any service is terminated. In your case, these notifications were sent over 7 days, and your service was terminated only after the final warning email. Our policy clearly states that services not renewed within 24-48 hours after expiration are subject to termination, with no guarantee of data recovery. We even extended the grace period during the New Year holidays to accommodate our customers.

Payment and Refund:
The invoice for your service was paid 3 days after the termination, which was 10 days after the initial due date. By this time, the service had already been permanently terminated, and data could not be recovered. Despite this, we refunded the payment to your account as a credit balance to help resolve the issue. We maintain a 7-day money-back guarantee for new purchases, which is honored without question. However, refunds after the grace period are not eligible under our policy. Issuing the credit balance was an exception made to support you.

Inaccuracies in the Review:
The claim that we took your payment and refused a refund is incorrect. Your payment was refunded as a credit balance in your REGXA account. Furthermore, the suggestion that we terminated the service before payment was made is false; the service was terminated after the grace period due to non-renewal.

At REGXA, we are committed to helping our customers and providing reliable service. We regret any inconvenience caused but stand by our policies, which are designed to ensure fair and transparent operations.

If you value your time and money, never go near this company. They are officially scammers. I bought a server from them, but the password for the server was wrong. After hours of effort and talking to support, I was able to log in to the server. Once logged in, the server kept throwing errors. I told them about it, and they said we need to reinstall the server, and we don't know what the problem is. After more wasted time and more contact with support, they said we don't have enough space to install Windows. They told me to wait until someone else renews their server so they can give me one. This could take days or even months. They didn’t want to refund my money, but thanks to filing a complaint with PayPal, I finally got my money back. Once again, I urge you not to be fooled by their prices; they are wolves in disguise.
