Easy to use..

I ordered an item from Rehab Store on 2/24. Their website states orders ship same day or next business day at latest. Two weeks later I had not received shipping confirmation. I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded and was told that it had been and I would be refunded in 3-5 business days. 5 business days passed so I called customer service. I was told that the manufacturer had not canceled the order yet so it still has not been refunded. I told them this was unacceptable and they needed to refund me immediately. I was told I would now receive a refund within 2 business days. The call center sounded like it was in someone's living room. This place is shady and I will never shop here again.

Could not locate or create an account or locate a prior one. There was a problem proving I am human. Pictures were murky. Info. was automatically erased. Prices were high and could not use coupon code. Items would not easily go into cart. Finally logged in with google. I don't like using these invasive websites. I had an account at one time, but I was not recognized. The products are good. The website is something else.

I was sent coupon code RSBUYAGAIN, which did not work. The last time I tried to use a coupon code that was on your site, and it also did not work. I feel like you are a lot scammy.

getting discount coupon codes is great as a first time customer, but it took me a few minutes to find where on the checkout site to use it.

Making an account and are you human features frustrating

I ordered a LEFT Thumb CMC Metagrip support on 1/19/26. They told me there would be a SLIGHT delay due to it being a backorder. My credit card was charged in full.
Four weeks later, this CMC support still had not arrived. I called again and the customer service said it was on its way. The thumb supports finally arrived on 2/19/26 but for the WRONG SIDE! They sent me a RIGHT support instead of the Left one I ordered.
I asked them to send me a return address label by email, and they did not even do that. Don't use this company as it is unreliable with both sending the correct item and having great time delays!!

Why no information on what "Small" means or what "Large" means? Measurements or weight or some other indication would greatly help.

Finding what I needed was good, but at checkout, it rejected all my debit and credit cards. I had to ask my husband to pay for it.

Low prices, coupons, and secure

I'm grateful you had the Cho pat strap in my size :), however, a window popped up saying that you would give me a 10% discount, but when I got to check out and put in RSTAY 10 it said invalid and then when I put RSTAY10 it said coupon expired. :(

1) I could use either a discount code or my points. This seems unfair. Why not allow us to use both since we earned the points.

2) The website was slow to repsond when trying to add a different shipping address.

I have had this crutches for years. The best I've ever had. I just recently broke a strap. It was easy to order a new one. Thank you!

These Scumbags took my order billed me and then nothing. After two months I called they told me the items were backordered. After that I was never able to get a hold of them, the products were never shipped, and the money was never returned. Stay away from these crooks.
