Satnam and his team offer a comprehensive and thorough service that I have not seen from any other agent in all my years renting. Phone calls and emails are returned in a timely manner and the entire experience is hassle-free and quite perfect.

I have rented many properties over the years moving around London due to work placement. Dealing with Reiss-Samuels has by far been the best.

I had a a tight deadline to move in as my previous offer fell through due to a leak.

The referencing company fcc paragon were ok i would not say they are the quickest reference company out there.

We were on the look out to rent a flat in Mayfair. Our experience was only positive - not only did Satnam guide us safely throughout the process with care, with all our questions answered in full on time and without delay, they also provided us with information about local schools, restaurants and shops helping us to settle down in a new area.

He clearly explained everything required and whatever he promised was delivered We will only be renting for 12 months then moving abroad i would recommend this firm highly

I was very satisfied with the help that Sat gave me in finding a new flat. He showed me four flats and told me about the surrounding area and local amenities, why the previous tenant decided to leave, and relevant information about the landlord

I particularly liked how he didn't put any pressure on me to choose a flat and just asked me to take my time to decide which flat I thought was best for me. This is very much unlike most property agents who always say that the flat will probably be gone in two days and if you want it I need to pay a holding deposit immediately.

So in conclusion, I would definitely recommend finding properties through Reiss-Samuels

All companies should give good customer service right!!! I didnt really have much dealing with Reiss-Samuels,

I booked the property online without viewing the apartment as I was out the country I come to the office and signed the contract with Emma Collins and moved in. the property in Manchester road that I rented was superb it is bigger then I imagined and I think the landlord left a bottle of bubbly for me I would like to give a nice review for reiss-samuels I had no problems they are good people to deal with

Superb service from Mr Gill, me and 2 of my friends have been searching for a 3 bed in isle of dogs

Mr Gill showed us a few proeprties in the isle of dogs.

Due to our late evenings at work it was difficult for a agent to do viewings after 8pm

We are very happy with our new apartment although there is a funny smell coming from the sofa

Satnam Gill provided outstanding service and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process!

I would strongly recommend the company to all those in the local area.

Where do I start,

We paid a 1 week booking deposit in September and within 4 days all the references were completed

We are 3 students at Greenwich university and due to issues on numbers moving in we looked for a property very late.

I cannot explain the difficulty finding a licences property that are offered to students, other companies were offering us properties which did not have a licence not mentioning no names next year we will most certainly look well in advance

Satnam at Reiss Samuels was so helpful and explained in detail the process. We have moved in a few weeks ago and wanted to give a great review for satnam

I will most certainly be recommending all my friends at Greenwich uni should they wish to move for the next academy year to go to Reiss Samuels
