Everyone who visited my property was polite and considerate. The work was carried out quickly and carefully, and the heating system is great. Many thanks to everyone who made this possible.

Installation went according to plan for solar panels, wrong ev charger installed, rectified at a later date and set-up ok.
Handover pack was delayed somewhat but have tied up loose ends today re advising my energy supplier of the necessary information to export energy to National Grid.

We contacted Renewafuel with little hope that we could afford Solar Panels and air source heat pump. We were totally gobsmacked that we could afford the installation and are saving a lot of money.
The company did all of the work as promised. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Used this company on three occasions. The work has been top rate every time. The installers are very professional and tidy. Had a few issues getting a busbar from their suppliers on the last installation but they came through in the end. Recommended.

Shaun arrived first followed by Ivan 5 minutes later . I showed them where I would like the batteries and inverter fitting , they got straight on with the job . Unfortunately my wife has Young Onset Dementia , I let them know as they were in and out of our bungalow .
This allowed me to get her showerd , dressed and fed before I got on with jobs in the garden . They were friendly to us both , it was a pleasure to have two professionals that knew exactly what they were doing fitting our installation .
They took the boxes and packaging away with them , they tided up and you can’t see that they have been here .
They got me to download the app and showed me how the system works . I would definitely recommend this company to everyone , it was a pleasure meeting you both today , I look forward to meeting you both again next year when I have saved up for some solar panels .

The installation team arrived on time and completed the installation of the heat pump, calorifier, pumps, pipework within one day. The wiring of the heat pump, controls was completed the following morning. The standard of both the mechanical and electrical installation is very good. One minor problem was delt with quickly and efficiently. During operation the system works very well delivering hot water to the taps quickly. As a time served mechanical building services design engineer I can recommend Renew-a-fuel's installation of air source heat pump and calorifier.

Very professional company a little communication problem at first but was soon sorted so in an excellent experience would thoroughly rethink company so much so that I’ve gone back to them for a further product

Unfortunately, there have now been further concerning developments.

A company that deals with/manufactures the spray foam product has inspected my loft. Importantly, they attended with the possibility of supporting/renewing the warranty if the installation was satisfactory. Following their inspection, however, I was advised that the spray foam needs to be removed and that they could not support the warranty in its current condition.

Moisture readings of approximately 20% were also recorded in my roof timbers, which is particularly concerning given that we have not yet entered the colder/wetter months. Further issues identified included foam being applied directly against bitumen felt without a membrane and foam over/around electrical wiring.

A written report is now being prepared, and I also have video evidence from the inspection.

Despite my repeated requests, I still have no satisfactory clarification regarding the involvement and relationship between the different companies connected with my installation, including Renewafuel, Ipsum Renewables and Home Logic UK, nor have I received the information repeatedly requested regarding the foam sample previously taken from my property.

Given these latest findings, I am now asking Renewafuel for a clear explanation and, most importantly, a resolution.

I originally left a Trustpilot review regarding concerns I had with the spray foam insulation installed in my loft.
The company contacted me and asked me to remove my review to give them an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issues I had raised. In good faith, I agreed and removed the review.
Unfortunately, I am now extremely disappointed with how the matter has been handled.
I have raised a number of serious concerns regarding the installation, including inconsistencies arising from the company's own surveyor's inspection and areas where timber appears to have been covered by the foam. I have also raised concerns about the potential implications for the condition of the property and its future saleability.
Despite this, I have repeatedly been told that I would receive a response by specific dates. Those dates have passed without the promised response being provided. I have continued to chase the matter and have given the company a reasonable opportunity to address my concerns, including setting a clear deadline for a substantive written response.
That deadline has now passed, and I have still received no substantive response.
I am therefore extremely disappointed that, after asking me to remove my original review to give them an opportunity to resolve the matter, I have been left in the same position and have had to consider obtaining an independent assessment of the installation myself.
I am posting this updated review so that my experience is accurately reflected. I remain willing to resolve the matter directly and would welcome a proper response from the company addressing the concerns I have raised.
At this stage, however, I cannot recommend the company based on my experience of how this issue has been dealt with following the installation.

all appointments made were kept, all operators were very courteous and encouraged questions. The installation team were first rate they spent two days to complete and although as you can imagine there was a great deal of equipment, boxes, pipes etc when they left not a scrape of waste was left behind, They were always polite and friendly

After the rep came and helped us sort a situation that helped us get the installation done. We were happy to go ahead and the electricians and installer’s for the solar panels were professional and polite and everything completed within in four hours. Looking forward to having a stress free winter of keeping our bungalow warm.

I have become very unimpressed with this company. In March 2026, following Renewafuel installing another battery, EDF stopped all solar panel FIT payments to me. EDF insist that I provide evidence that the meter for my solar panel FIT meter is bidirectional before they would pay me what I am owed. They wanted a schematic diagram. Despite repeated requests from March onwards, Renewafuel have not provided me with a schematic diagram that meets EDF requirements. EDF say that I need another, separate, inverter for the new battery. Renewafuel have promised over and over to sort this out, but it was not until June 3 that a specific member of staff was given the responsibility to fix the problem. He told me he would sort it out as a matter of urgency. Nothing has happened since. No action, no communication. I am now being ghosted. Promised phone calls to me have not taken place, and all of my emails have been ignored. It is now over a month since that last contact. My phone calls are not even being answered. As a result of this extremely poor service, I have had no FIT payments since February. This is just not good enough.

I wouldn’t recommend these people. Before installing they make all the right moves and you feel like they know what they’re doing, however once the job is done and they have their money the after service is terrible. You have to. Jase and chase to get anything done. Don’t use the % finance as they get paid before you discover the system isn’t as promised and then those no incentive for them to fix.
