I wouldn’t recommend these people. Before installing they make all the right moves and you feel like they know what they’re doing, however once the job is done and they have their money the after service is terrible. You have to. Jase and chase to get anything done. Don’t use the % finance as they get paid before you discover the system isn’t as promised and then those no incentive for them to fix.

Having been let down so many times with previous companies promising they could install an ASHP into our home (which has an unusual layout) but never getting any further than a survey we were starting to think we'd never got away from heating oil. From the moment we got in touch with Danielle and Kelly they took care of everything from the survey, BUS grant and the install team. Josh came and did a full comprehensive survey and at the end was more than confident we could have an ASHP and went through all the options available.

We then got our install date, which surprised us with how soon it would be. Ryan and the plumbing team travelled through he night to get to us in Cornwall and cracked on with fitting the ASHP, pipework, radiators and water tank. They were spot on and talked me through what was being installed and were absolutely first class and professional. They came back the following day and finished off. The next Ryan arrived late morning, again setting off in the night to get to us to install the electrics and talk me through how to make beat use of the system in the most efficient way. All the daft questions I had for Ryan were no trouble for him and his work is first class. He left leaving me feel confident I knew how to operate the system.

I can honestly say I would recommend Renewafuel to any future customers, their installation of our ASHP went so well I'd would consider using them for other things such as solar panels and home batteries. Can't recommend them enough and wish more companies were as professional as them.

I can see from my Sunsynk log in that yesterday our new panels covered almost all of my energy for the house and the bit that the panels couldn't cover came from my batteries so I am very happy with how they are working for me.
Nothing was too much trouble for the team on the day they came. They arrived nice and early and left after showing my husband and I how to use the system and read the apps in time for tea.

From start to finish we have been kept informed of what is going on. I initially dealt with Rob and Dave for the survey, I wanted a heat pump as I had seen good reviews and the company was local. However upon the survey they spoke to me about solar and battery. I had agreed with another company to install a system. Renewafuel could install both heat pump and solar 2 months faster than the other company and that was a deal breaker for me.

The workmanship from both plumbing of the heat pump to the solar system is some of the best I have seen. All the electrical cables are routed together, cable managed and looks smart. The pipe work in the airing cupboard and around the meter is perfect. Ryan was our electrician and he took lots of pride in his work and didn’t rush working late and at the weekend. He even adjusted our garden gate as it was sticking. I asked if he could wire in a new induction hob so we could go Gas free and it was no issue. Kane the plumber who installed the heat pump also kept us informed with what was happening. The whole job was large as the system I wanted was a big one and where I wanted the heat pump was unique, roughly 10ft up on the side of our house so we didn’t loose space to store our bins. Again no issue for Renewafuel. Working late, In the heat in right spaces and the loft. Kelly the director has also been In touch throughout which is a nice gesture and is sorting the export process for myself so I can make a bit of money selling back to the grid. We went with a Sigenergy system which so far is performing exactly as intended. Any small issue was resolved quickly with communication which is key to any project.

All in all I would highly recommend Renewafuel if you are looking to install solar, battery and heat pump systems. They have great people and great products.

Just want to say well done to the Renewafuel team, starting with Darrell who responded to our initial enquiry, he was very helpful and we felt no pressure at all , he explained how the heat source worked and followed up by sorting out our grant from the government for our heating.
Darrell came for another cup of tea to check out the new air source heating and helped with our new app, overall really thankful for hes help.

I contacted Renewafuel about solar panels and battery installation. An appointment was made. I missed a call from them on the day of the appointment. I called back and left a message. They did not turn up to the appointment at 4pm. My husband had left work early to attend this. If they don't keep their appointments, how do I know they are reliable in any respect?

Whilst I had concerns after my initial complaint, Im pleased to able to confirm that the issue I had (which did not in any way relate to the equipment or the installation) has been satisfactorily resolved.

BEWARE of this company. Year 2 of unsolved problems. Day 4 of unsuccessful trying to get installer codes so another inter can correct their error. Their system even show that the solar panel work in the DARK. ?????

Could not wish for a more helpful and caring company to deal with.
Was especially impressed with there whole structure from the first visit until end of installation and the follow up communication to make sure the installation was exactly how I wanted it to be.

All of the team were very polite and helpfull. The installers were knowlegable andworked in a clean and tidy manner.The sales staff were not pushy to get the order. It does help to have a copy of the latest utility bill if you are also looking at energy saving.

From initial contact through the survey to the thorough explanation of the recommendation and what to expect, and on to an installation of PV panels, battery, and heat pump involving three or four different teams of contractors, Renewafuel were excellent at every touch point. Any issues that arose were handled without fuss and with full consultation, and the whole process was much quicker than I expected. Can thoroughly recommend Renewafuel as a trusted partner to guide you through the process of modernising your home.

The engineers installed my heat pump quickly. They were very polite and kept everything clean, clearing up as they went along. I had no problems with them whatsoever.

I recently had a complete home energy upgrade carried out by Renewafuel , including an air source heat pump , new cylinder, new radiators throughout, 10 solar panels, 3x 5kw batteries and an 8.8 kw inverter system with scaffolding provided by Beatties ( courtesy Renewafuel ).
The whole experience from start to finish has been outstanding. Every member of the team- heating engineers, electricians, plumbers and solar installers were professional, courteous and clearly took a pride in their work. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy and always took time to answer questions and explain things clearly. On the rare occasion something didn’t go to plan it was dealt with quickly and professionally without any hassle.
A special mention goes to Kelly , Dave , Ryan, Alan and Dean who between them oversaw the entire project brilliantly.
Their combined organisation, communication and genuine care made the whole process easy and stress free . Beatties did an excellent job with the scaffolding safe prompt and reliable.
On top of the service the quality of the equipment they specified and installed has really impressed me . They fitted a Mitsubishi Ecodan 11.2 kw R32 air source heat pump, 3x5kw Sunsynk batteries with an 8.8 kw Sunsynk inverter and 10 Aiko 465w high efficiency solar panels and new Stellrad K2 radiators throughout giving me a serious future- proof system with premium modern kit.
It is rare to find a company where technical expertise, customer service and attention to detail all come together so well . Renewafuel Home Innovations and everyone involved have been exceptional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them whole heartedly to anyone seeking similar works to be undertaken and first class service.

The sales team worked efficiently and sent senior people to site. The fitting team came from a local source and Sheffield. The office based team were extremely friendly and helpful. A pleasant surprise.

From my initial enquiry for an air source heat pump until the day that it was fitted, the communication was excellent. The actual installation went very smoothly. The team worked extremely tightly and kept me informed at all times of what was happening. After installation there are a couple of very minor problems but these were dealt with professionalism. During the process all members of the team made themselves available and Ryan was always available to help if I had a query and his workmanship excellent.

I have had a few years experience with this company and overall I trust them to do what they do to an excellent technical quality.
Their weakness tends to be in communication where this can fall down, but once they get to you their installers and Tech team are excellent.
Their phone responses are friendly and supportive but do not always close the loop so that you have to chase them when an engineer doesn't attend when booked, so your plans for the day can be thrown.
