Edit - After my initial review below, a representative contacted me on the 24th of November 2025 and provided a full refund including the call out fee.

I just want to point out that 23% of all reviews are a negative experience, one star, countless stories of where people feel they have been scammed by you. Your company is a complete disgrace!!

The engineer came to my house a week after booking, the company that they outsource said they couldn't get hold of me, but my number was correct and they had my email address too, they made no effort to contact me.

A week later the engineer arrived, said he didnt have the right tools to repair the hob, took a few pictures and left. After another week multiple following up, I was eventually contacted and told that the oven hob was unrepairable...

Im not sure how they even determined that given that the engineer didnt even open up the hob, he said he didnt have the correct tools to even look at the inside of the hob.

I requested another engineer come and look at it, they refused and said they would refund me but will still charge a call out fee.

Its no doubt a total scam, as can be seen by the countless number of negative reviews saying the same thing. Engineer arrived late, didn't even open the appliance, and the appliance was deemed as non repairable. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I will be reporting you directly to screwfix as your holding company, the ombudsman as well as reviewing you everywhere you can be reviewed. You shouldbe ashamed of your lack of service.

Do not use this service, scam written all over it. I used it get a repair for my dishwasher, it states a flat rate of £129 so I went ahead. Money was taken but I was not Informed or aware that it would then be put out to another company. When I was I was told that they would attend for morning appointment. I was given a contact number of a plumber who when I called to see where they were as they had not arrived nor turned up by 3pm and the number was "unavailable"
After finally getting through to repair care after being on hold for 33minutes and "engineer" arrived at the door with an old gentleman. He did not Introduce himself or the elderly man with him yet walked in to the kitchen. I explained the problem, he opened the door of the dishwasher but didn't get a tool out or pull the dishwasher out even. He said he would have a "think" and get back to me, he left the property with 5minutes of arriving. 5 days later I heard nothing, so again on hold for 20minutes to repair care who told me it was unfixable. I am now told I will receive a partial refund of £50. So in a nutshell I have paid £75 for some stranger to come into my home to tell me something I already knew.
This is a money making service and very unprofessional. I am deeply upset that money has been stolen from me and my dishwasher wasn't even inspected. The lady on the phone just said it's in the T&C.. I paid for someone to confirm what I knew.

Misleading service and poor customer support.
I booked a repair this morning, provided my full postal address, and paid in full—only to receive a text later saying the appointment was cancelled because they don’t cover West Wales. This is despite advertising themselves as a nationwide repair company.
No alternative date was offered. Just a cancellation and a message saying it could take up to 7 days to get my money back.
When my wife called to ask why, the representative refused to speak to her because the payment was in my name—even though she made the booking and would be present for the repair. Completely unreasonable.
Why accept payment and confirm an appointment when you clearly don’t service the area? This is unacceptable and misleading.

Initially the wait for the engineer was a couple of days which is disappointing for a washing machine in daily use. However when the engineer arrived he very quickly identified the faulty part. I appreciate they can't carry every part, but then there is a further delay of a week while the part is on order and they are back in the area to fit it. Engineer very efficient again fitting the replacement pump getting the machine working again. That evening when putting a wash on my wife mentioned that the soap draw was sticking. On inspecting the machine it's obvious that the front panel hasn't been fitted back correctly causing the draw to catch. When I rang to report this issue I was told I would be contacted in 48 hours, I'm still waiting 5 days later!

Fitter was helpful and professional would definitely use them again.

Repaired my washing machine with ease, no hassle.

Great lead time, engineer can diagnosed accurately and parts where in the next day. All done and working fine.

Although quick to get through to, there were an awful lot of questions to answer(obviously to make sure the right part was ordered) especially as our Range is over 15 years old, I'm surprised I still kept the paperwork! The 'engineer' though was Very efficient and friendly and extremely helpful.
