Our solicitors deal with all types of personal injury claims on a no win no fee basis. Where possible we will look to ensure that there are no deductions from your damages. Most lawyers will seek to take a deduction of up to 25% from your compensation by way of a Success Fee. Resolution Law will not. Instead, we will assess each case individually to see if a 0% success fee is possible. If it is not, we will cap any success fee deduction at 20%.

Always on our side…
A most difficult journey post our traffic accident, on both a practical and emotional level, was made significantly more manageable due to the care and interest shown by our solicitor, Jo Milford. Her professionalism and clear articulation at all stages inspired confidence, and her empathetic approach and wisdom was extremely welcome. Despite her heavy case load she was available when needed and ensured that our cases remained on track. We were so lucky that our file was transferred to her as there was a refreshing sea-change for the better from that point on. We can’t thank her enough.

Excellent service
Resolution law handled a personal injury claim for my mum and we were very happy with the service we received. Our lawyer Nicola was excellent from start to finish. She helps us every step of the way, was responsive and approachable. Our claim did take a long time but she kept us updated and ensured that other parties delivered what they promised to help mum. She even helped find us someone to set up the trust for mum, as we were unsure where to go. I would recommend Nicola and the team to anyone
