We had a pretty horrendous non fault head on car accident nearly two years ago. Due process is still ongoing. Lots of additional expense and PTSD. We were surprised at the level of anger and resentment felt towards the third party for the injustice and detrimental impact on our lives. Jo Milford is an extremely good technical lawyer but, more than that, she gets the emotional issues and talking to her has been therapeutic in keeping the anger in check as much as possible. It’s lousy being the innocent party but Jo, with her intuitive and constructive style, has made a huge difference. We feel we are in excellent hands.
