Fantastic service from start to finish. Ieuan Humphreys was absolutely brilliant, going above and beyond to find me the best possible price for my car insurance. His friendly, professional attitude and genuine determination to secure me a great deal made me feel like a valued customer from our very first conversation. It was ultimately his excellent service that convinced me to choose Howden over their competitors.

I called back later the same day after changing my mind and deciding to pay for the policy in full, and Adam was equally friendly and helpful in getting everything sorted.

A genuinely excellent customer experience, and a refreshing change from the usual hassle of arranging car insurance. I couldn't recommend Ieuan and the team at Howden highly enough. Definitely worth giving them a call!

Outstanding customer service. Tia & Lucy in the Witney branch are brilliant; they worked hard to find us competitive quotes for our cars & house insurance. Very informative with details of the contents of the insurance, not pushy and a pleasure to deal with. Not very helpful expensive dissapointed with them felt let down by them the worst I've come across didn't seem to care about the customer never deal with them again after this im old age pensioner think they'd be more caring towards the customer

Absolute rubbish,owned trike ten years never had a claim on any vehicles in the 30 plus years of driving and now can't seem to get insured WHY!?.....

I recently obtained a quote for campervan insurance with Motorhome Direct, part of Howden Insurance.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Kerry Cornwell, who was extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. She explained the policy thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood the cover and options available, and made the entire conversation both straightforward and enjoyable.

Kerry is a real credit to Howden. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the policy, and she was the main reason I decided to take out the insurance.

I hope I have the opportunity to speak with her again when my policy is due for renewal next year.

Alex at Newbury branch of Howden Insurance was so helpful and patient when I recently enquired about tractor insurance. He took me clearly and effectively through the quotation process. He did exactly what he said he would do and then left me with all the information I needed. No hard sell and no faff.

We have been using the Witney branch of Howdens for two years to insure our car. We have dealt with several people, but have found all the team to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable at all times when calling or visiting the branch. The reason we like using Howdens (and not 'online compare sites') is because we can actually talk to a human being and talk through details to ensure we have the correct insurance for our needs. Emails and return calls have always been timely and any queries dealt with promptly. No hesitation to recommend this personal service from the Witney branch.

I have today had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Smith for my two vehicles insurance renewals. He was very thorough and clear on all aspects of my renewals, and understood little tweaks and changes I requested on the policies without question. It was like having a chat with a good friend - and I am delighted with the customer service I have received today.
