My slot was between 11-2 and when the engineer hadn’t arrived at 2.30 I called. This call was handled excellently and with good humour. As they couldn’t get hold of the engineer they left a message for him to call me which he did shortly after to give me an update on how long he’d be. He duly arrived, fixed the problem efficiently and effectively so I’ve now got a load of washing on.

Turned up on time. Swift repair to oven twice recently. Excellent. Would thoroughly recommend.

Engineer called in advance to let me know he was 15 mins away. So nice to get the heads up.

Engineer friendly and repaired the window in a timely manner even showed me how to take out the glasses for cleaning.

Thank you for both the admin and engineers help. After reporting my repair another issue occurred with my machine I emailed the customer service regarding the issue and they was so quick to respond and add this second issue onto my repair. The engineer was polite and called me before arriving. He was able to repair both issues promptly. I am very grateful to both teams
