He was very professional and polite. He went through various tests and found the fault, a nail which was left in the picket of my gardening trousers.

William notified us in advance when he would arrive at our house in Farnborough. He was friendly and considerate. He identified and solved the problem with our freezer quickly and efficiently then explained what the problem was, what he had done and how to prevent it happening again.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Simple latch repair. Endured several weeks of different excuses, The engineer hasn't yet received the part after a week (I was able to order overnight for half the price quoted), the engineer visited at 7.30pm (after staying in on two occasions 12-5), the engineer is ill.
Use either a local firm or a proper engineer. Neff are booked for my dishwasher, coming next day, with the part and cheaper.

We’re very sorry to hear about the delays and inconvenience you experienced during your repair. This is certainly not the level of service we pride ourselves on, and we completely understand your frustration, particularly after having to set aside time for multiple appointments.
Having reviewed your records, I can see that there was an issue with the courier delivery of the replacement part to the engineer ahead of the first appointment, which unfortunately resulted in the visit having to be cancelled. We sincerely apologise for this and can confirm that the issue has been reviewed internally.
On the subsequent occasion, the engineer was unfortunately taken ill and unable to attend. While this was something we could not have foreseen, we appreciate that it caused further disruption after you had already experienced delays. We’re also sorry that the eventual appointment took place much later than you had originally been expecting.
We appreciate that this has been a very frustrating experience, particularly for what you expected to be a relatively straightforward repair. We sincerely apologise that we were unable to provide the timely and smooth service you should have received.

Danny came out to inspect our oven and immediately knew it was a timer fault. Got it ordered and came a few days later to fix it within minutes. Excellent service.
