Delivery was delayed but not by the company the company shipped fast and there was great communication letting me know when my order was dispatched item arrived in pristine condition so would definitely recommend this company.
Utterly terrible experience! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
Ordered a product on the 11th, the company is terrible at responding, I had to go through the online retailers’ customer service and somehow they were worse. Apparently if you add which flat you live in, the company don’t print the label correctly and Parcelforce hold it. There was zero communication from them, I had to phone parcel force and find out what was happening, I had to “fix” the address, as somehow the incompetent employees at Reward and Gift Ltd, could not print an address.
Would not tell my worst enemy to order from this place l. Utterly terrible company, should be avoided at all costs.
there sites (Brands DIrects) have been ignoring my calls and emails for a week, around a item i have ordered and never been shipped (i cant cancel the order despite it saying you can in the T&C and no movement on it), if no contact soon i will be passing it to fraud dept with my creditor for them to seek action
There abousote idiots they somehow packed the wrong lego set in a box which ist hard at all then they delivered it late even though I paid for it to deliver earlier and when we called them they left us on hold for ages
