Collected the item from store as planned. It arrived the day after I ordered it which was brilliant. Chiswick team are always very knowledgeable and helpful.

The advice and guidance i got from the Chiswick store was excellent. Joe was responsive, informed and helpful

Very pleased with my purchase. Great service in particular Joe and installation engineer, plus delivery staff Gareth and Mark. Only issue was the confusion about the facility to adjust the legs on the Bravia 8 ii ,this was resolved promptly even though there was an extra installation cost. Overall though excellent service.

So impressed with the help I received yesterday from Richer Sounds.

On October 20th I bought a TV/soundbar combo, having thought I'd bagged a super low price. On Black Friday the price dropped again by a further £229.

I rang Richer Sounds in the hope they might compensate, but i thought it was a longshot.

I spoke to the very friendly and helpful Simon in the Chiswick branch who took note of my request and then rang me back to confirm the difference in price would be refunded to me.

I am SO impressed with Richer Sounds and I feel they have gained a customer for life in me thanks to their honourable price promises.

I went to Richer Sounds, Chiswick to discuss a new smart TV. Jim, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful and recommended an alternative set, based on our needs and home set-up. He was 100% right in his recommendations and we're thrilled with our choice. Delivery was also on time, as promised.

I bought from Chiswick branch London. I ordered a Denon system, but then realised I had ordered one without WiFi, so I rang and spoke with Paddy. He advised me and was able to return the unopened Denon and reorder a system with WiFi. The advice I received was second to none. These people really know what they are talking about. I have been using Richer Sounds for years now and will always go there. The knowledge and help is priceless. Well done Richer Sounds and well done Paddy.
