Very helpful and honest staff

I used to shop in richer sounds, but lately I’ve found this company lacking in knowledge and customer support, false promises and misleading customers, staff are always friendly, but there’s too much competition out the, enquired about a tv, and was immediately pressured into a more expensive option, anyway bought a better version online for £800 less, I was told that a deal like that don’t exsist! Thanks R/S but not anymore.

I was really well looked after — everyone was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. A special thank you to Tim and Jim, the manager, for their excellent care.

Knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly staff. Happy to set up demos and provide additional insight into kit being tested. Straightforward on costs and with an excellent 6 year warranty on a lot of products. Delivery happened as described and within the delivery window provided. Would highly recommend and will be using Richard Sounds again.

I bought a big screen tv from Richer Sounds and what a great experience it was. The sale person Jim, was really helpful tracking down a missing sound bar and I was kept informed at every step of the sale. The delivery was made by two great guys Rob and Trav who made an akward heavy item look easy at getting into my living room. Great job guys Thanks.

The guys in the Chiswick Store were amazing, their passion for electronics shone through, incredibly knowledge and attentive and completely personalised the experience. Great offers provided and additional discount and got the TV & Soundbar delivered within 2 days of purchase! Highly recommend! Big shout out to the Store Manager Jim. Not only did he remember my name from a telephone enquiry prior to visiting but he remembered what was looking for and helped when i arrived!
