Great but with one small issue
Generally good, but a failure of the shop assistant to notify me that my parcel, clearly labelled for pickup, had arrived. This meant that I rang to ask if it had arrived and had to collect it the following day. All the same, they were very apologetic, polite and helpful the following day. This was the reason for removing one star, but I am delighted with their 6-year guarantee and their excellent after-sales service. They remain very good value, and have a very clear website.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback and apologies that you had to call the store to check the status of your click and collect order and will raise with the branch team to stress the importance of managing such issues closely.
I do hope you are satisfied with the new purchase of course, but should you need any help do get in touch..

Once again
Once again, perfect service from this company. Ordered TV on the Thursday, delivered next day, Friday. I would like to add, this company honour the warranty given with your purchase. I had a problem with my last TV. It was collected, repaired, and delivered. No quibbles.
