I've used richer sounds for a few years now, always great service, great products,highly recommended

I thought that as Richersounds deal with high spec TVs they might be a little snobby about my budget and requirements. I had looked online but needed to know the new TV would fit and meet my requirements. They were so helpful, not patronising at all and gave me all the info I needed. I then had the TV delivered to the store so I didn’t have to wait in for a home delivery. Easy parking and the TV was carried to my car
And yes as promised was able to set it all up myself at home ( but with the reassurance I could ring if I got stuck)

Great price and excellent customer service. Calum was polite and extremely helpful when the item I wanted had been sold. I was subsequently offered a better option at a great price with fast delivery.

Richer Sounds offers the best combination of price warranties and customer support. I have always found the right product and deal at RC and never had to look anywhere else. Store staff at Swiss Cottage and Tunbridge Wells are super helpful , well informed and pleasant. Love the fact that you can track product availability and in store deals across all stores. VIP deals offer outstanding value.

Great service all round.

An excellent click and collect service. I called ahead to ask if I could grab the item on my rounds, they didn't even hesitate to invite me over. Only when I got there, I realised they didn't officially open for another 20 minutes! Not a single grumble from them or mention of it on the phone or in person, I would never have asked if I had known I was out of hours. Truly great customer service.

Just want to shout out to Dean and staff at the Tunbridge Wells store great service and excellent knowledge on whats the best pre amp what I needed for my record player rega 2.

Was told i would get an email when items would be ready to deliver. Didn’t get that, i phoned and asked. Will get an email, didn’t get that. Phoned again was told it would be at the depot on 26 jan and could be delivered on 27th. Mentioned i work for a living. Can it be the following Saturday 31st? Yes, will i get an email confirmation? Yes. Phoned richer sounds yet again today (as its far too much trouble for them to contact me!) oh yes, dpd will contact you this evening to let you know they have my parcel. 11.59?? I will be asleep!
So will it come tomorrow? No idea personally.
Very poor service on the contact front. Guess only spending £1500 is not enough to warrant a good service?! How much should i have spent?

Purchased LG OLED + SOUNDBAR PACKAGE.
TRULY AWFUL PICTURE. RS COULD NOT FIX, STATING THAT "LG'S ARE ALWAYS A BIT BRIGHT". UPSCALING FOR FILM TAKEN EVEN 3- 4 YEARS AGO IS NON EXISTENT . RICHER SEND AN "EXPERT" WHO HAD NO IDEA.
RETURNED THE WHOLE PACKAGE.
WONT USE 'RS' AGAIN, AND STAY AWAY FROM LG.

SUBSEQUENTLY MR TOM GRIFFITHS FROM RICHER HAS HELPED GREATLY WITH THIS ISSUE, AND I WOULD VISIT RS IN THE FUTURE.
EVEN THOUGH MY INITIAL EXPERIENCE RATING REMAINS THE SAME, BUT WOULD RATE THE EXPERIENCE WITH MR GRIFFITHS AS 5 STARS.
