I wanted to share our experience about 10days after receipt - a very positive one.
We're still learning about using the set. The printed instructions are skeletal, but those available on the set rich.
Worth explaining that we're using both Freely (for the first time) and Astra Satellite for FTA programmes, cable connected to 150 Broadband rather than using wifi. Experience with both has been rock solid. We had expected to use Satellite as our default, but in fact are using Freely most of the time. But there are more FTA Satellite channels than we expected, with access to some that we didn't know were FTA, so our default source may change depending on how our channel preferences work out.
As a couple in our mid-80s, picture & sound quality are rather important. The 4K display is superb and upscaling from SD formats is also good, though we still have some picture adjustments to make to best suit our taste. When comparing TV specs before making our choice, I hadn't appreciated that 2x 15W was available on this set. We're grateful that there is ample volume to handle the occasional programme with unusually quiet sound. A further welcome surprise was that the subtitles that we routinely value on all but News programmes can be set to larger than standard size.
One feature we have recently started testing is the Voice commands allowing change of channel etc, using the non-Alexa option in our case. Very convenient. We also like the largely black display on radio channels.
So on our initial experience would we recommend this TV? Wholeheartedly. And incredible value.
We'd also like to thank the guys at our local branch (Tunbridge Wells) for their help, and also Customer Service, and staff at Maidstone, Reigate, & Brighton branches who all helped us as we sought a set when few were available.

I went into the Tunbridge Wells store for new speakers to go with my recently purchased pro-ject debut carbon deck that I purchased online at Richer Sounds but wanted to hear what the wharfedale diamond speakers sounded like. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they set the speakers up for me to listen too and I purchased them and had them delivered free of charge. Would highly recommend the speakers and Richer sounds

Helpful knowledgeable staff . Got just what we wanted

Really great experience upgrading my Tv and AVR with Joe and Calum in Tunbridge Wells branch.

Not only were they most competitive on price in the first place I wasn’t happy with the initial Denon AVR which they kindly swapped out for the equivalent Onkyo without any question.

Good example of why I only use Richer Sounds for big purchases like this when the time comes to upgrade.

Two week ago I ordered a Cello TV with 3/5 day free delivery. By day five I was getting a bit concerned so gave them a call. Tom in Litchfield answered the call and established they were waiting for stock, which I had not been advised. I expressed my disappointment and he said he would contact the relevant location when their phones come on.

An hour later I spoke with Dean at Tunbridge Wells who was up to speed, gave his apologies and offered an alternative upgrade with delivery the next day……..Well what could I say apart from thank you and accept. Delivery was made next day, and all is well.
I was thinking a Four-star rating but settled on Five………. Well done Richer's yet again.

I ordered an incorrect item. The online staff informed me that the item I wanted was available at your Southampton store. It was reserved for me. I went to collect yesterday and the staff at your Southampton store were very good in dealing with paperwork regarding the return of incorrect item and the processing of the replacement item.
