Richer Sounds Belfast, simply the best in Ireland.
Richer Sounds are so easy to deal with, more than helpful, excellent service, not to mention good prices and fast free delivery for my speakers to Wexford.
I have dealt with a few shops, and still Richer Sounds Belfast are easily the best Hifi/ Home Cinema shop in any part Ireland. Can't recommend them enough.

Brilliant overall experience
This was my first time purchasing from Richer Sounds Belfast, and it certainly won’t be my last. I ordered a 65" TV through their website on August 4th and received it promptly on August 8th. The communication throughout was excellent, and I’d like to give a special mention to Emma from Logistics for her outstanding customer service.
When the courier failed to provide me with a delivery date, Emma personally tracked my order and kept me updated with accurate delivery times. Thanks to her support, the process was completely stress-free. My TV arrived on schedule and in perfect condition.
Overall, a brilliant experience – highly recommended!

Always a superb experience
Always a superb experience purchasing from Richer Sounds Belfast. Their knowledge, friendless and overall purchase experience is second to none. They are my go-to shop every time. If I had a question regarding anything tech related they have never tried to sell me the most expensive version of what I'm looking for, and have always recommended based on my needs.
Their products are all the latest and greatest and their prices are incredible too. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Smooth, no hassle service from richer sounds
I ordered an LG G3 55″ TV and accidentally paid in euros instead of pounds. I reached out and was quickly helped by David Shaw and John McDonald. They offered a refund to avoid double charging my card and I had the money back within hours. No stress, no chasing, just straightforward help from start to finish.

Top notch warranty service
When I purchased my LG CX OLED TV in 2020, I automatically (and free of charge) got the 6 year superpanel warranty. Little did I know that, 5 years later, due to LG's poor design/choice of components, I would very much need that warranty when my TV's power board failed completely. Not only did Richer Sounds honour the warranty and their service team made sure to actively follow up on it, but the engineers they delegate repairs to are also top notch. I can pretty confidently say that, had I gone to any other retailer, I would only have been left with either a dead TV or a huge repair bill. So, if you are planning to purchase A/V equipment, and want to alleviate bad surprises in the future, I can only advise to go with Richer Sounds. You will not regret it!

Give Tom a raise
Had a few hiccups but Tom (head of RS) is the epitome of a great ceo.
In the process of a return as soon as I can find a replacement (bought a tv that very unfortunately had needed a few fixes)
Even though I got frustrated at times Tom ALWAYS gave a very reasonable solution

Excellent service
I have been dealing with Richer Sounds for many a year now . And have always been happy with their service . I had a problem with a receiver , which was thought to be unrepairable . They took it in and I received it back today . Repaired . The service I got during this time was unreal . I would like to thank all the staff I was in contact with . Friendly Staff and Excellent After Sales Support
