Three promised deliveries FAILED

Three promised deliveries, all much later than stated at time of ordering. I have waited in all three days and the item has never been delivered and the tracking just shows delayed. Have now raised a dispute with my Credit Card company to get this refunded. I’m absolutely gutted as I needed the item 10 days ago. No customer service, you have to wait two days, 48 hours, for a Reply. The Reply Lize just state things like oh we are busy don’t worry it will come eventually. Absolute nonsense in this day and age. Terrible Company terrible service.

Ordered product 27 June still not…

Ordered product 27 June still not received, when purchasing its clearly stated that 5 working days, I’ve had 5 different emails from the delivery company that the company uses and we have to pay for, it’s apparent that one doesn’t work well with the other!

I have been promised my parcel would be delivered for DAYS and still it hasn’t arrived. Please contact UPS and insist they deliver it. They are completely useless

Been over 10 days since I placed my…

Been over 10 days since I placed my order and still no delivery. Sent an email to Rigby & Peller customer services and was told they were incredibly busy. Terrible response with no real action taken on their part.

The best bras for larger cup sizes. Lovely selection and colour options. I don't get to visit a boutique in person often enough but when I do, I like to make an appointment and get the benefit of the fantastic expertise of the staff. Once you know your measurements, the online shop is great.

Bad delivery service

I cannot rate a product when I haven’t received it. UPS have delayed my delivery at least 3 times.

Delivery was scheduled for a date I…

Delivery was scheduled for a date I couldn't receive it.
when rescheduled, it was twice postpoed by the carrier. first attempt to divert to one of their delivery sites was a nightmare and i was excluded after three failed attempts. Latest delivery schedule is while we are away. I have now diverted it but will not be able to pick it up until next week.

Haven't received the merchandise yet

Haven't received the merchandise yet. Your delivery system is useless. I'm going on holiday on Thursday and don't know whether I'll receive merchandise before then so I'm very concerned, angry and disappointed
