Good clear communication and very informative.
I'd like to thank Leo for keeping me up to date with my delivery. The echo bike arrived in perfect condition and a couple of days early. Also the FedEx driver was helpful and polite.
I have to give Rogue 5 stars.

Having some very bad experiences elsewhere it was nice to receive a well-built piece of exercise equipment. Their assault bike is built like a tank.

Terrible delivery service, great products just let down by awful communication and awareness that items from the USA are shipped to Europe and then on to the customer. I have just waited 4 weeks for a delivery that still has not arrived as 1 item had to come from the states. No support from customer service just the usual fob off. I will never be ordering from Rogue again unless they work out the terrible delivery service and lack of transparency on accurate ETAs.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Mikael at Rogue EU.
I ordered over 700 euros worth of Rogue weight plates and paid 60 euros for delivery but the plates arrived damaged and in terrible condition.
They were poorly packaged and sent as 9 different packages.
Out of the 9 packages 8 were damaged - 3 were so badly damaged I could not bring myself to accept them even though I require them asap.
I am currently going through a terrible experience with Mikael at ROGUE EU who selectively responds to my questions via email and seems to have little interest in resolving the damaged done, how poor the packaging was and the delivery charge.

I ordered over £1000 of weights from them. Some of the boxes seemed to be damaged in transit, however, every single plate I received was scuffed, dented and damaged. The packaging is clearly insufficient but even those in perfect packaging are damaged. Would not recommend using them, the quality of their product may be better than other options, but it won't arrive in that state.

Their customer service experience was good once I finally got through to them (was concerning when I had no response for a while) and have offered to replace the worst ones with a small discount for the rest.

Received my brand new echo bike from Rogue Eu today and its rusty! I've tried calling rogue but have been unable to speak to anyone about the issue. I'm totally gutted and have lost all confidence in Rogue as a brand...appauling!

You cannot charge premium prices and deliver the plates in a thin cardboard covering where the paint has been damaged and scuffed.
Premium products like the IWF bumper plates should be delivered well packaged - this is not acceptable. And why dont you advertise that the product is made in China instead of the impression its American made- falsification. To make matters worse one disc has a slight lip on the inside of the hole.
I spent nearly £400 on 2 discs and they turn up scuffed and mottled due to the very, very poor packaging.
Poor, very poor- considering returning immediately.

I just want to clear anything negative up. I think everything from placing my order, customer services and delivery was on point. They send you a ups tracking number and it’s great. As for ups. They are not always so reliable. But as lockdown has eased in some countries I think deliveries are running smoother. As for the echo bike - had it up and running in no time. Really happy with the equipment. Received it in 3 working days :)))

Ordered a full set of bumper plates during Covid lock-down, which i received quickly.

The product is great quality, and kudos to Rogue for not inflating their prices like other companies during this time

Most reliable fitness equipment supplier I've found during lockdown. Delivery a bit slower than usual during lockdown but completely understandable. Really good quality and fairly priced

Slowest delivery I've seen! First order took 12 days - which is a long time compared to other online stores who deliver within 3 days even from another country. Have to pay for shipping unless you buy 3 items, so I expect the delivery to be quick.
Second order is still not delivered. Probably should use another delivery provider than Post NL which seem to be the slowest post service ever.
Once I received my order, I don't think I will order again.

I signed up for email notifications when new products come in but didn’t any. I emailed about stock on multiple occasions. Not good enough from a company like rogue. I won’t be using this company. @rogue

Trotz schwieriger Umstände in der Corona-Pandemie wurde die Ware sehr zügig und sicher verpackt.
Die Bestellung wurde am 08.04.2020 abends getätigt und innerhalb von 48h an UPS übergeben. Aufgrund von Wochenende und Feiertag war die Ware erst am 13.04.2020 unterwegs, ist dann aber schon am 16.04.2020 angekommen. An der Qualität gibt es nichts auszusetzen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach gut.

18 days delivery! and they keept changing the delivery date. The day my order finally arrived at the pich-up store, I didn't get any notifications.

First time order took a week to be delivered. Can live with that but it still seems slow.

Second order and I've been waiting 13 working days so far and it still hasn't been dispatched. Asked after 7 days to be told the website said 10 days when I ordered it. No comunication.

Only leaving a second star because the products are good.

I bought the Ohio Bar Stainless Steel.
My customer experience was great. Fast shipment and good communication during the process.
The barbell itself is strainght, the sleeves spin and seem overall to be fully functional.
The knurling of the barbell feels really good.
It is disappionting that the PL markings are 82cm apart, considering that the IPF standart is 81cm.
The chrome finish one one of the sleeves has two white blemishes that I am unable to remove. Furthermore, there seems to be a hair that was chrome plated to the sleeve.
I contacted Rogue, and they offered to exchange the barbell or reduce the price of the barbell. They are very willing to correct any mistakes.
I did also write a review on their website, giving the product 3 stars, and explaining the issues I have mentioned here. That review was removed after a few days from their website. Censoring reviews is not something I approve of.

I bought an item online and 6 days later (after charging me and everything), they said that the size was not available.

The stock online should be up to date to the minute, it is a waste of time, and 6 days waiting for the confirmation and now the product is not available in other places, so just because I decided to choose Rogue Europe, I missed another item.

Too disappointing, never buying from this website as you cannot trust their stock online is real.
