I was supposed to receive free re-proofing liquids for a waterproof jacket I purchased, but it wasn't in the packet.

I was buying in connection with a trip to NZ and needed help finding items with specific qualities around drying times and packing weight. On a busy day in the Harrogate store I was helped by a woman who really knew her stuff and ensured I had the information I needed and the space to try on different sizes and styles. Excellent service without the sales pitch which I really appreciated. She later went above and beyond in tracking me down when one item was radically reduced in the sale the next day. Rohan are lucky to have this woman on their team and as a result my husband returned with me to source some new walking trousers later in the week.

I ordered, and received 2 pairs of Range Jeans. I have had them before and was confident the product would be an ideal addition to the wardrobe. When they arrived the dark and lighter pair looked great. However, on trying them on, I discovered that, whilst the leg length was perfect (29"), the fit around the backside and legs was strange and unexpected. The best word to describe the jeans was "voluminous". I wondered if I had ticked "comfort fit" for the wider man somewhere in the ordering process? But no, that option did not arise AND they contained elastic for the closer fit. In reality I can use them for the garden work but in a strong wind, I fear I would take flight like a spinnaker in a Force 9. It is my fault that I did not try them on first in a store, but the closest Rohan store to us was Exeter, and that closed a couple of years ago. Perhaps, for the benefit of your other customers, ROHAN could either explain the fit-type in the website blurb or include an additional column for the leg width at some pre-determined point, within the size guidance chart. By the way, my original pair of jeans are several years old and fit like a glove, providing sterling service.

I bought a shirt from the Rohan shop in Stow-on-the-Wold. The lady in the shop was so kind and helpful and we had a long chat about a variety of subjects. And she gave me a very nice discount ! So for friendliness and support, this was a great experience. And the shirt will be perfect for my trip to Patagonia and my camino in 2027...

I find that the Rohan website is easy to navigate and ordering is simple and manageable for someone like myself who isn’t tech confident. The items i have purchased are always high quality. They wash well and keep their shape well. Plus they are comfortable to wear.

Astonishing that shop staff cannot see the (legal) issue with advertised prices on display in shop windows, where the item on the stand is many times more expensive than the displayed price. Please advise that you have sent a memo to all stores to ensure window displays are accurate and comply with advertising laws.

I love Rohan. I am a U.S. based shopper and was surprised to get a tariff bill after my items had shipped .bad surprise ! I know tariffs are NOT your fault but a heads up before I bought would have been much appreciated

long wait for my money. I won't be buying Rohan products online anymore, the returns and refund time is far to long. Ok Royal Mail don't help, snails pace from them. I have bought and liked Rohan products for many years I still have a summer shirt I bought in the 80s, but maybe not for much longer, prices are getting to much even with the sales considering there made in Vietnam for goodness sake. I posted off my return on the 21st Sept I did not receive my refund until the 29th, to long to wait. P S The last time I was in the Keswick store, sorry to say, the staff not that helpfull.

The jacket was exactly what I wanted - light-weight, water-proof, long enough (down to mid thighs which really helps keep you dry) and great pockets for traveling.
The delivery was punctual.

The quality was not as good as last jeans I bought from you. The button hole was very badly finished and they do not seem to be holding their shape well .

Needed to replace decades-old cheapish rain jacket that leaked during wet music festival! Already had Rohan raincoat so chose same material for Rohan rain hoodie! Feels light and comfortable. However since purchase it’s hardly rained, so can’t comment of its main function!
